Peeking an eye open, she glanced down; freedom from the Republic below her. Gazing back up, her eyes trailed up to the throbbing pain in her arm; two gloved hands tightly gripping her forearm. Tilting her head further, she stared at the Captain's visor.
Force, did she wish she killed him now.
Gritting her teeth, her previous adrenaline died down as she plotted his murder. Glaring darkly at the man, Sonder noticed that her saviour was securely holding her right where he had previously shot her.
'So much for irony.'
Locking eyes with the assassin, he reached for her other hand to help her back up. Eyeing it, she merely raised a brow, "You're kidding, right?"
Clenching his jaw, Rex glared through his helmet. Gripping her arm tighter, he leant down as Cody held his legs steady to ensure he didn't fall, "Take my hand."
"I'd rather die."
"Well, have I got good news for you." He grumbled as she smirked, attempting to wriggle out of his grasp.
He wouldn't let her.
Sighing, she kept her other arm far from his grasp, "Hey, pal. You're kind of ruining my dramatic death scene here."
