Today happened to be the first day back at school, our first day as Juniors. I had received a message from the one and only Mr Noah Stilinski. I sighed, reading it over, now knowing that Stiles was refusing to leave for school. I took a left turn down their road, soon finding their house and coming to a perfect stop behind Roscoe, the wonderful blue and black Jeep.
Without a word, I wandered into the house and up to Stiles' room, where Mr Stilinski was pulling his son's chair away from the desk, with Stiles in it, still trying to continue typing.
"Good morning!" I smiled brightly, laughing as Stiles fell from his chair, surprised at the appearance of my voice.
"(Y/n), you got my text?" I nodded.
"I was on my way to school anyway, so came to drop by and grab Stiles." The Sheriff nodded, my close friend standing up and grabbing his bag and keys.
"Fine, I'll leave!" He sighed dramatically, slinging and arm over my shoulders as he led me back downstairs and to the front door. "I'll drive you." I grabbed my bag from my car, quickly locking the vehicle and hopping into Roscoe's passenger seat, Stiles climbing into the drivers seat. When we finally set off, Stiles spoke. "You feeling any better than last night?" I was quiet, staring out of the window with an almost unnoticeable smile.
"Yeah...Thank you, for last night." He glanced over to me, chuckling slightly and gently taking my hand in his, not saying anything more as he shifted gears, continuing our drive to school.
I bid Stiles goodbye when we split, him going to find my brother, while I went off to head over to my locker.
As I rounded the corner, I tilted my head in confusion."Ethan?" The boy in question shifted his head to look over in the direction in which his name was called. He nudged the arm of someone beside him, nodding in my direction. The other turned and I smiled brightly, recognising that it was who I thought it was. "Aiden?" When I began to approach them down the corridor, the two smiled.
"You're in Beacon Hills? I thought you were wandering aimlessly still." Aiden laughed and I threw my notebook at him, which he caught, his twin brother sharing a chuckle with us. A random jolt of excitement passed through me and I squealed, hopping a little before wrapping the two of them in a joint hug.
"I can't believe you two are here!" The both of them hugged me back.
"We can't believe you're here, thought the last we'd see of your dumbass would be Nevada." I pulled back with a bright smile, swatting Ethan.
"I've got class soon and I need to head to the library, but I'll see you guys later?" They nodded with smiles and smirks.
"Sure."
"See you later!" I had met Ethan and Aiden after the Mexico incident, on my way back here to California, and I had come across them in New Mexico, and then I stuck with them and their 'family', which was actually their pack, up until Nevada, where we parted ways so I could get back into California and with my own family. They took care of me and helped me heal properly, keeping an eye on me and all that jazz, but it was usually Ethan who did all of that, so I had become closer with him, finding it easier to tell the twins apart because of that.
I smiled to myself as I headed over to my locker, finding Allison and Lydia talking at the former's locker."(Y/n)! How was your summer?" Lydia beamed as I sent Allison a smile as well as the red head.
"Pretty boring. But I had a day out with Jackson before he left and had to climb out of a window." The two shared a look before staring at me.
"You climbed out a window?"
"Stiles was blocking the door so I couldn't leave. So my summer highlight was climbing out of, and almost falling out of, the sitting room window." The two laughed, not sure whether to be worried, weirded out, or entertained. "What about you two?"
