The room was small but not uninhabitable, although it probably wasn't made for two people to be living in. There was a set of drawers and a reasonably sized second-hand wardrobe, along with a small creaky bed and a damaged nightstand. By the look on Harry's face, it was a significant improvement from the cupboard under the stairs.
Neither of us wasted any time unpacking, we agreed that Harry could have the wardrobe and 2 of the drawers. I didn't have many things so I only needed one drawer. After everything was unpacked, the door swung open and Dudley threw some tattered bedding in my direction. I managed to catch it though because of my quick reflexes, which Dudley wasn't too happy about.
"So, freak, you have a sister? Is she a freak too?" He probed.
"If you're asking if she can do magic, the answer is yes." Harry sighed.
"I can't tell if you're being stupid, or brave," I cocked my eyebrow, putting the bedding down and moving a bit closer to where he was stood.
"What?" Dudley looked shocked that I spoke so confidently towards him.
"Well you have to be one of the two in order to think that making enemies with a witch is a good idea. So, which is it? I'll be happy to put you in your place either way." I smirked, twirling my wand in between my fingers before pointing it in his direction.
He didn't answer, he just backed up and ran, probably to get his Mum. Once I was sure he was gone, I stuffed my wand under all my clothes and began to make a 'bed' on the floor with the stuff Dudley just gave me. Harry had already made his bed so he grabbed the opposite end of the blanket and helped me lay it out flat.
"You're going to get in a lot of trouble for that. " He said, a grin creeping onto his face as we lay it down.
"Worth it though, you can't deny that." I grinned back, throwing the pillow down at the top of the blanket.
About 30 seconds later, Uncle Vernon appeared at the doorway, grimacing at me. It took all my will power to not laugh at the sour look on his face. Harry started shifting uncomfortably on the spot before being told to leave. Once Harry had left, Uncle Vernon began fake laughing.
"Look girlie, I don't know who you are and how you have managed to convince my nephew and wife that you are related to us. I also don't know what makes you think you have the right to come into my house and threaten my son, but I will not tolerate it. You're on your last warning." He said sternly.
"I am related to you, I don't like it either, but I am. I don't want to be here any more than you want me to be here, but unfortunately you guys are the only living relatives I have left. Don't worry, I won't be coming back. The reason I came here anyway is to make sure Harry would be alright. And as for threatening your son, I'm afraid I have no idea what you're talking about, Uncle." My eyes rolled all the way back after calling him Uncle.
"You're just like your father. Always meddling and causing trouble, ruining perfectly good things."
Before I could respond he started to leave, "And get downstairs and hep your brother cook supper."
How could he just speak about my Dad like that? All I've ever heard about him were good things, except for Snape, he hated my Dad. What could he have possibly done to have haters?

After much preparation, Harry and I had finally finished making the food. We decided to make steak pie, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and gravy, which was a lot of work for two kids but that's how life would be for the next two months. Luckily, Molly had taught me how to cook so I knew what I was doing, kind of.
While I finished plating the last few pieces of food, Harry set the table and poured the drinks. In the living room, Dudley, Petunia and Vernon were sat comfortably watching some muggle TV show called 'Coronation Street' so obviously, we were doing everything for them.
Now that all the food was on the plates, and everything was on the table, all we had to do was wait a few more minutes until the episode was over. I didn't want to find out what would happen if I disturbed them.
A/N:
This is a very short chapter, my shortest one yet and not a lot happened, but at least we were a badass and stood up to Dudley.
To be honest I'm kind of losing motivation to write this book because I put so much time and effort into it. Don't worry to whoever does actually enjoy it, because I'll keep uploading anyway, I love writing this book despite the amount of effort.
Also if you are reading this, can you follow my instagram, comment and vote so that I know people actually want me to keep this up please? Also if you know anyone who would like this fanfiction, could you share it please?
