*Disclaimer: Everything I'm saying about the Malfoy's and Voldy is purely for the purpose of how my OC feels. I don't agree with what she says, I'm in love with all of them. It's just how her character is. *As it turns out, Hogwarts have now decided to change their summer timetable, so we would be going back on the first of September instead and summer would start a bit later than usual at the end of the year.
Nevertheless, the Weasley's, Harry and I were still going to Diagon Alley today. We all lined up in front of the chimney, ready to use the floo network.
"Right, here we are Harry. You go first." Molly ushered.
"But Harry's never travelled by floo powder before Mum." Ron pointed out.
"Floo powder?" Harry's face was priceless.
"Oh well you go first Ron so Harry can see how it's done. Yes."
Ron stepped up and into the chimney, grabbed a handful of floo powder and said 'Diagon Alley' and with a flash of beaming green light he was gone.
"Go on Harry your turn mate," George said.
"Yeah, don't be nervous," Fred smiled as Harry walked up and into the chimney
I leaned over to the two of them and whispered, "I know that was genuine, but that sounded so sarcastic."
Both of them shushed me and pointed to Harry who was just about ready to say-
"Diagonelly."
The same flash of green burst through, nearly blinding us all again. All of us looked at the chimney closer, he was gone but where.
"What did he say Dear?" Molly asked, very concerned.
"Diagonelly," Arthur informed her.
"I thought he did."
"Well where is he? Will he be ok?" I asked pushing through past everyone gently and standing in front of Molly.
"I have no idea but don't you dare try saying the same thing to find him. Just go to Diagon Alley and start looking, get Ron to help you. We'll all be along shortly." Molly instructed.
"But Molly we can't ju-" I started tearing up.
"No. Go to Diagon Alley. I do not want to hear another word of it. I mean it Dear." She was stern.
As much as I wanted to go after Harry, I listened. A flame of green and here I was. In Diagon Alley. It didn't take me long to get Ron, he was standing outside of the chimney waiting. Soon enough, everyone else was through, except for Fred.
"Where's Fred?" I asked, slightly concerned.
"He said Diagonelly."
《☆•●•♡ time skip ♡•●•☆》
It had been about fifteen minutes and there was still no sign of Harry or Fred anywhere. Once again, George and I were outside looking through every shop window for them, only this time we bumped into a familiar face.
"Hermione!" I said wrapping her into a suffocating hug.
Next to her stood two people, I believe they were her parents but I couldn't be sure. If they were Muggles, they definitely didn't seem like it. They were so calm about all the.....well, magic.
Thing were flying everywhere overhead. There were levitating children. Sweets that could sing. Yet they seemed like it was just another ordinary day for them, which made me so happy that they are so accepting of Hermione and her life.
