Third person's POV: Gabe and and the other guards were at the pier, ready to go to the frontier. "Just wait a bit longer, she'll be here soon." Gabe said. "But we've waited for hours!" Complained one. "Yes! Shouldn't we go now?" Another whined. "Ugh fine." Gabe replied, sad that Elena had forgotten it. But when they were about to go, Elena came.

"Sorry that I am late, may I ask where you're all going?" She asked. "We......" The guard didn't even have time to reply since Gabe cut in. "Oh, I already told you we're going to the frontier. Isn't that enough?" Elena hesitated for a while, then said: "Ok, but be careful." Gabe turned to the others and said: "We leave at noon." "Then what's the point of waking up so early?" Asked a puzzled Elena. "Before we go, I want to spend this last day with you." He replied. During those hours, they went sightseeing, sailing and ended it with a barbecue. It was literally the best day in their life.

Before they left, she hugged him while saying: "No matter what, make sure to come back safely." "Of course, or else who would protect you if anything happened?" He answered.
