Gabe's POV:
Shuriki's now stronger than ever, she blasted a green lightning bolt towards Elena and she rolled down the steps.
"Elena!" I cried, trying to get down there.
But before I could even move, someone with a neon-green lasso and I saw a shadowy figure. He/she gave pulled me up, that when I saw who was underneath the mask.
"Naomi, is that you?!" I asked in a trembling voice.
"And you were clueless." She replied with a smirk.
"What do you want?" I boomed.
"What do I want? Just a place I deserve in your heart." She answered as she shot a look at me.
"If that's what you want, let me tell you the truth. Yes, I am grateful to have you as my friend and I treat you as a sister. But what you're doing now will just turn you into a villain!" I exclaimed.
"If you want a villain, I'll give you one!" She thundered. Then, she used her super-powered lasso and pulled Elena up. Next, she took a dagger out of her cloak pocket and flew it towards her, it hit her square in the chest. She spat out a red pool of blood and fainted.
(Flashback)
Elena's POV:
I overheard Gabe and Naomi's conversation and was surprised to know that Naomi had became a completely different person. I knew I couldn't just die in here, so I slowly crawled down the steps and reached for my scepter. I held it firmly in my bloody hand and created an illusion of myself.
(End of flashback)
"Missed me." I said with a huge grin on my face. Then, I turned to Mateo and asked, "Can you find a way to teleport her to the dungeon?"
"Not if I'm Esteban. But I can try." He couldn't help but joke as he said to Naomi, "I'll take that, llévaluq!"
"Hey, give that back!" She cried, struggling to get back her lasso.
After Mateo teleported her away, we knew that what's left is we need to face our worst enemy......Shuriki.
Author's note:
Why are the battle chapters always longer?🤨 Maybe the only way to defeat Shuriki is to use Elena's emotion magic again? Forgiveness is the strongest emotion so it means Elena would have to forgive Naomi? So much suspense! Hope you'll enjoy this story. Adiós!
