THE FIRE FLOWER

Third person's POV:
The shadowy figure stood in the hallway, a chill went down Naomi's spine. She was in a dark room as cold as ice. After mere minutes of silence, the figure finally spoke.
"Don't worry, no one would rescue you. Your friends are too busy having fun on their own to care about you."
"They respect me and they are grateful to have me as their friend." Naomi answered though she was still suspecting if what she said was true.
"Keep on dreaming, young girl. While you're stuck in here, they are throwing a party to celebrate." The figure continued, then disappeared into a puff of green smoke.
Naomi heart sank, thinking that the mysterious person was right. After all, Elena and the others were always having adventures of their own and forgot about her. As she thought until here, she was heartbroken. She imagined that she was standing on an iceberg as she sank down into the bottom of the ocean, with her best friends staring at her from above.
"Are you sure that you'll just leave her there?" Another hooded figure with a scar on his/her hand asked as they headed back to their hidden cave.
"Then it will be your duty to monitor her. Oh, and let her eat this everyday." The other said while showing a strange-looking pill in his/her hand.
"Yes master. May I ask why?" The one with a scar on his/her hand asked.
"This is made from a special plant call the fire flower. It would force the person who ate it think in a negative way and see the errors in their old ways." The master said.
Back in the palace, Elena and the others were trying to get in the tower but it had been magically sealed. Not even Elena's scepter could destroy it.
"Looks like we'll need to find another way to get in." Said Elena.

Again, thank you Livlovelaugh16 for suggesting that Naomi would turn bad. This chapter has been a bit scary and I'm sorry ' bout that. The next ones will be about Elena's team trying to get in the tower. Adiós!
