I picked this song cause Taylor is done with going along with the vampires wants and she knows by insulting them she can start a war but doesn't care. She knows everything she cares about is caught in it but she's tired of being treated poorly and she can't give the vampires the loyalty they assume they gave her. Also she won't let them close enough to her trust because she knows that they will just hurt and desert her.

Me and Jake walked in the humans city hall hand in hand. Everyone was talking but I quickly realized they were all grouped up.

The vampires were talking to the vampires, werewolves were talking to the werewolves and humans were talking to the humans.

Me and Jake went in the corner of the room by ourselves.

" Can I please get everyone's attention?"

Some unfamiliar girl said loudly we all got quiet and turned to her.

" Once I call out your name raise your hand IF everyone's present then we will begin "

She started calling out a list a names and got done in 15 minutes.

" Ok now we're obviously all here to decide who gets Taylor Dawn so we will call out specific people to give them a chance to input their opinion first will be Taylor's parents "

My stomach immediately felt butterfly's knowing I was about to see my parents.

A guy and girl stepped in the middle of the room both had dark hair and brown eyes. I looked nothing like them but I was made to distract in war so I had to look as perfect as possible and humans aren't exactly perfect.

" We believe us humans should keep her after all were the ones who made her and vampires and werewolves have super abilities to protect them so who protects us? That's why we need her "

I hated how they didn't mention once that they were my parents.

" Okay now the vampire leader "

The lady said and my heart almost stopped. Rarely anyone had ever seen the mighty vampire leader he was the one in control of everyone and everything going on with everyone who lived under his roof. He was the most feared vampire of all but no one ever saw him in person.

A very built guy stepped up he had red hair and black eyes well I think dark brown but looked more like black. Almost lifeless.

" Well obviously we should keep her after all we raised her and took her under our wings we made her into the warrior she is and she can return the favor by staying with us "

He has to be joking?

" Now the chief "

The werewolf chief stepped up.

" Well we think Taylor should be with us because she likes being with us the girl has been bossed around for her whole life and was taught right from wrong and she's old enough now to decide for herself where she should be "

Thank god someone is actually sane!

" Well seems like we're never going to come to a agreement "

The lady half laughed.

" Um can I say something? "

I asked and everyone starred at me.

" And who are you? "

The lady asked looking me up and down. Creeper

I rolled my eyes.

" I'm Taylor Dawn the girl this meeting is about "

" Oh sure you can say something I guess "

I kissed Jake on the cheek then stood in the center of the room.

" First off I would like to reply to the vampires yes you raised me but that's all you did you didn't show love for me or even except me. You treated me like shit and have no guilt for it you think I'm just a stupid human but then also think I'm important it makes no fucking since! You didn't do anything but tear me down. "

I said looking at the vampire leader himself.

" And now the humans yes you created me but you didn't do it for the right reasons. I get it you wanted protection from the blood sucking thieves but you did the wrong thing. You shouldn't have a child because of you need to be protected your suppose to protect your child not the other way around. Birthing something so innocent such as a baby for war is really sad and kinda dumb on your part. I know all of you not just humans wanted me to be born like a robot but how could you think a human could possibly have no feelings or think for myself? Well I'm sorry but I do I have feelings and I have my own thoughts too and I think vampires and humans treat me as a prize to be won but then get tired of the trophy and throw it away but the werewolves respect me and my choices they treat me like I'm one of them and like the Chief said I've been bossed around my whole life I deserve to make my own choices and be happy for once "
