Chapter 5

It was finally time to leave so I ran to the front gate and stood there starring up at it. There was a small group of people standing with me and a huge group standing in front of my group.

" Now you few are the ones that were chosen to help us the few that had what we were looking for this group right here "

He said gesturing to the big crowd

" Are the experienced ones they will help you along the way oh and don't act like a bunch of animals to one another this group works as a team because team work is important when your out there in battle now are you ready? "

" Yes sir! "

Everyone said

" Good and by the way don't act like robots that's no fun now open the gates! "

The gates opened and the sun shined threw I smiled brighter then anyone. All of us walked out and it was simply beautiful there was trees everywhere and a few ponds here and there. I loved it.

We walked for a few hours before setting up camp. Everyone began attacking animals to drink their blood for them it was easy. They could run fast I couldn't run as fast as them even if I was trained to I was still human.

I grabbed a stick and got a pocket knife from my bag.

" And what are you doing love? "

Some guy asked with a British accent. Vampires didn't really have knowledge on simple weapons.

" You will see..... and don't call me that"

I sharpened it until it was sharp enough to kill I looked around I wasn't that hungry so I just aimed for a bird and it was a perfect shot.

" Damn "

I heard a few vampires say

" Well not everyone here has fangs to kill "

I said and made a fire to cook my bird.

" And I thought British people were proper? "

I said to the guy siting next to me cause I had clearly heard him curse.

" You must be referring to the movies love "

He said smiling I rolled my eyes

" Apparently..... and I told you don't call me that "

" Sorry love "

He smirked I rolled my eyes

" Don't you have something better to do then annoy me? "

" Nope lucky you I don't have a damned thing to do "

" Yeah lucky me "

I muttered sarcastically

" So what's your name love? "

" I'm not telling you since you keep calling me that "

" If you don't tell me your name will forever be love "

" Fine! My name is Taylor and what's yours annoying British dude? "

He laughed

" Not that clever and my name is Christopher but everyone calls me Chris "

It got quiet as I cooked my bird the vampires starred at me and I was very creeped out but just ignored them. Everyone stares at me for some reason.

" So I'm guessing your THE Taylor "

Chris asked and I rolled my eyes.

" If you mean the legendary weapon then yes if I wasn't would I be here? "

" True but we were just curious because considering how important you are to both humans and vampires we wouldn't think they would let you go on a mission "

" Well I was born for war so what's the point in keeping me locked up all the time? "

He nodded. These vampires were weirdly interested in me.
