Chapter 13

A few weeks later Anthony finally wakes up from his coma and I'm going to see him at the hospital. I missed him so much and can't wait to tell him everything. I haven't talked to the police or my therapist about what happened. The only one I've told was Caleb.
I put on a maroon lace knee length dress with white converse sneakers. I straighten my hair and go in the car with Caleb. We drive to the hospital.

"I'm nervous and scared to see him. What if he doesn't remember or doesn't want to?" I tell Caleb trying not to cry.

He holds my hand. "Babe it will be alright. I'm here for you. If he doesn't remember then I can help you in anyway possible. I will be okay."

We park the car and get out. Once we get to the floor Anthony is on I try to calm myself down. As I walk into the room and see him I run to him and hug him while crying.

"I'm so glad to your alright and awake. I missed you so much. How are you holding up?" I ask him.

He looks at me and says with a raspy voice, "Hey Bex. I missed you too. We need to talk. Alone."

I give him a concerned face and tell Caleb to go get something to eat for us. I close the door and sit in the chair.

"What's wrong Anthony?" I asked him.

He sits up in his bed. "I heard and saw everything in my coma. I remember what you said and I saw Amber come in my room to try and kill me. She kidnapped us. She made us kill Matt."

I take a moment to try and think about what he said. "Omg. You remember everything?"

"Yes." He says.

I cry and shake. "Wh-at are we go-ing to do?"

He shrugs his shoulders.

"The police been asking me questions. I haven't spoke back to them at all. I also keep getting these anonymous text messages."

I show him all the messages and then the video. Once the video was played he was terrified and worried. I told him I never told Caleb about the video but only about the messages.

"We need to show these to the police. They need these. Maybe it will proved that Amber kidnapped us." Anthony said.

I shook my head. "What are you crazy? The video literally proves I killed Matt then they will think I probably forced you to help and got you hurt and made myself look innocent when I'm really guilty. That's a really stupid idea."

"I'm sorry. I don't know what to do."

Caleb walks in with food. We eat and talk.

When were about to leave and I hug Anthony he whispers to me, "What ever you do, do it safe. I saw what you were thinking and I think you could do it. Be careful."

I leave with Caleb and go back to my house. No ones home so Caleb comes up to my room. We sit on my bed and cuddle.

I stand up and turn away from him. "Caleb I have to tell you something, we'll show you something that I should've shown you before." I show him the video.

"Omg. Rebecca you show of told me. This looks like your guilty. We have to make sure no one sees this. Maybe I could try where or who sent this. I need to borrow your phone." Caleb said.

He leaves my house with my phone to search it up at his house. He comes back a few hours later.

"So I found practically nothing but an IP address which belongs to someone with the same last name as Amber. I searched it up and found nothing. Then I traced it to find a location and found it was near the woods where they found you and Anthony. I think we may have a lead." Caleb tells me.

"Omg that's a lot. I guess we should go over there tomorrow morning. We don't want to wait any longer then we have."

Caleb leaves and I start to get ready for bed.
