The First Day

Abby heard her alarm go off, she rolled over and grunted and thought another day on this terrible earth. When she got up she went her little sisters room and had to get her up and pack her lunch for day care. She went to her room to get dressed quietly trying not to wake up her mom and dad so she didn't get smacked like she did last night she looked in the mirror and when her mom smacked her it left a bruise. She went to her sisters room after she got dressed and her sister was dressed and ready. They went downstairs and she got cereal for her little sister she always skips breakfast because she hates her body so she skips lunch and breakfast and only eats dinner but she only eats salad. Isa said " sissy is your cheek okay" I didn't really know what to say because I couldn't tell her I was hurt because she would tell her day care teacher she did that once and it didn't end well I just looked at her and said " yea i'm okay it doesn't hurt" she finished her cereal and we had to go school started at 8 and my sister had to get to daycare at 7:30 and it was 7 so I grabbed her stuff and mine and I told her we had to go

I put Isa in her car seat and I got in my car and started to drive to Isa's day care it took 30 minutes to get there and I got her out of her car seat and kissed her on the cheek and said "have a good day I love you and i'll see you at 3:30" she said I love you back and she ran in the front door then I was on my way to school I had a new teacher this year her name was Ms.Paulson and she taught my english class i had her first period. I finally got to school there was a lot of traffic so it was 8:10 so I was running through the hallways to get to my english class I finally got there and I was scared to walk in because I was late but I finally had the courage to walk in when I got in who I was assuming was Ms.Paulson was looking at me and said "i'm assuming your Abby and your late so i'm afraid i have to give you a detention" I said "yes i'm Abby" and I went and took my seat.

I sat  through Ms.Paulsons lesson she pretty much was saying what she had planned for the year and telling us stuff about herself. When the period was over we heard the bell ring and I got up to go to my next class and Ms.Paulson said "hey don't forget detention after school" i said "i won't bye" and I left with attitude because I have to call Isa's daycare teacher and ask her if she can stay until 4 when I get out of detention. I went to my next class and it was math I didn't have any friends because I was always so busy playing mom for Isa. The rest of the day went by pretty quick I called Isa's daycare teacher to ask and she said yes. So thank god because i didn't know what else I was going to do and now it was off to detention.
