Because of all the trouble in the last few days she had completely forgotten that today's her jubilee. She wakes up very early and just got ready like every day. She sits down and eats when Minho and Ben join her.
Ben: Happy jubilee!
Y/n: It's not my anniversary isn't it?
Minho: No but you're a runner for 2 months now and we had forgotten to celebrate the first month because of Newt.
Y/n: Really?
Ben: Yes. Even if you were in the glade to care about Newt, you still were a runner.
Y/n: Aww guys you're so cute!
She hugs both.
Y/n: But anyways we should hurry up!
Minho: Right. Let's go!
They start running.
After 2 hours they get to a unknown way.
Y/n: That hadn't been there before.
Minho: No it hasn't. But it's too narrow.
Y/n: No I could fit in.
Ben: No y/n we don't know what's in there!
But too late. Y/n goes into it. On the other side is a room and only a blue button in it.
Y/n: Guys! There's a button!
Minho: Press the button!
Y/n hits the button and the walls start opening so Minho and Ben can get through it. The boys run over to y/n and they look around.
Y/n: Look guys! There's a new way.
Minho: There's no time left! The doors close soon. Maybe we're lucky and the way will still be there tomorrow.
Y/n: But-
Ben: No y/n! Minho's right!
Y/n: Guys this can be our chance to escape!
Ben: No!
The boys start running back but y/n starts running in the opposite direction.
Minho and Ben: Y/N NO!
But y/n won't listen she just continues running. The boys shake their heads and run after her.
Y/n: What are you doing guys?
Minho: We runners need to stick together.
Ben: Did you hear that?
Y/n: What?
Ben: It sounds like a griever.
A griever jumps down the walls.
Minho: RUN!!
They start running to the entrance which starts to close already. The gladers were already waiting at the entrance. The griever was running after the runners Minho and y/n already slipped trough the entrance but Ben is still in the maze.
Y/n: COME ON BEN!!!
Y/n starts running to Ben takes his hand and pulls him after her and they make it closely trough the entrance. They fall on the ground.
Newt: Bloody hell y/n. That was epic!
Y/n: Thanks.
Ben: Thank you y/n.
Y/n: You're welcome! You know, we runners need to stick together!
Alby: What happened? Why was a griever out there? They only come out at night!
Y/n: We found a new way.
Gally: Y/N!
Y/n: OH SHIT! He's going to kill me!
Y/n stands up and hugs Gally so he calms down.
Gally: I'm so glad you're okay!
Y/n: Me too. Me too.
