Half a year went by and everything went how it should. Newt and y/n are very happy together. Ben and y/n became really good friends. And Gally and y/n followed the rules they made. Today y/n is waking up and getting ready like everyday. She meets with Minho and Ben for breakfast and then they go into the maze. Today was area 7 opened and they wanted to take a closer look so maybe they find something. But nothing, again. Suddenly they hear a weird sound.
Y/n: Griever.
Minho: Be quiet!
They try to sneak away but the griever saw them already.
Y/n: RUN!!!!
They start running but the griever was really fast.
Y/n: Something is wrong with this one!
Ben: Shut up and run!
They are only few meters away from the entrance.
Y/n: It'll follow us to the glade it's too early the doors are not closing yet.
Minho: HIDE!!!
They hide behind an ivy tendril. They were all breathing fast.
Y/n*whispering*: It's too fast! Something happened to this one. They were never so fast!
Minho and Ben: Shut up!
The griever slowly walks away.
They start running back to the doors.
Minho: The doors will close in a few minutes.
Y/n screams.
Y/n: BEN! MINHO! HELP!!
Ben: Y/N!!!!
The griever was on top of her and was trying to bite her. A tiny syringe comes out of one of his legs and digs into y/n's arm. She screams of pain. The griever shrieks and then climbs up a wall with a spear in his back.
Minho: Great Ben now he's going to get his friends.
Ben: Minho! Shit! She got stung!
Minho: What? F*ck!
Ben: We have to get her back!
Y/n: Guys?
Minho and Ben: Y/n!
But y/n passes out.
Minho and Ben take y/n's arms and put them over their shoulder so they shore her.
They pass the doors and take y/n to the infirmary.
Minho: We should get Gally and Newt!
Ben: Get Alby too! I'll stay here!
Minho runs outside and comes back 10 minutes later with Gally, Newt and Alby.
Gally and Newt: Y/N!!!
They both run to her and hold her hands.
Clint: The infection won't grow! It's only on her arm. But I can't tell more I got my job just like you guys did.
Gally: Thank you.
Newt was very pale and was quiet.
Gally: Newt? You're okay?
No answer. Tears are running over Newt's cheek.
Gally: Man! It's not your fault.
Newt: We shouldn't've let her go in there.
Gally: We didn't know what will happen. It's not our fault!
Jeff: Guys get off her please! We need to watch the infection!
The boys go away from her.
Alby: What happened?
Minho: We were at area 7 and the griever followed us. We hid and he walked away but then when we started running back to the doors it jumped on y/n and stung her. But Ben hurt it so it left.
Alby: You guys calm down! I'll stay here! We'll take care of her Gally! Newt you too!
They leave and Alby stays and talks to Clint.
Alby: Do you think she'll make it?
Clint: Impossible to say. Every body reacts different to it.
Alby: Please tell me if something changes. Okay?
Clint: Yea sure.
Alby walks out too and Cliff sits down next to y/n.
The next days Newt and Gally spent most of their time at y/n's bed. But she's still not waking up.
Gally and Newt are spending a lot of time together. They even became something like friends.
After 4 Months y/n is still unresponsive.
Gally: She won't wake up won't she?
Newt: Gally don't say that!
Gally: Oh c'mon Newt she won't! She's 4 months away! Do you really think she's coming back?
Newt: What do you want to do? Put her in the maze?
Gally: No of course not! I'm just saying we shouldn't be too hopeful.
Clint: We should move her to her room.
Newt: Okay.
They carry her into her room. This night Newt sleeps in her hammock. He takes her hand and holds it with both of his hands and kisses it. Tears are running down his face.
Newt: Please y/n wake up! I need you! Gally needs you! Alby needs you! Minho needs you! Ben needs you! We all need you!
Meanwhile in y/n's head:
She's standing in front of a sign (see photo).
Y/n: Beacon Hills? What's that?
She recognizes that she stands in the middle of a roadway. She walks to the side and runs to Beacon Hills. After a lot of walking she arrives at a street with a lot of lanterns. She continues walking on the side walk like she'd know where she needs to go. She hears screams.
Y/n: Bloody Hell!!!
She runs to the direction where the scream came from and freezes. A boy, half human half wolf, is standing right in front of her and she recognizes him by his eyes.
Y/n: Scott?
A boy comes running around a corner.
Y/n: Thomas?
Boy: No it's me, Stiles.
Y/n: Where am I?
Stiles: Y/n you're home.
