The Julia//i am method is an awake method that can be paired with many many methods such as the raven method and the heartbeat method. Here's how to do it!

The Process

(1) Lay on your back. It doesn't matter how you lay down, if the starfish position works for you, do that!

(2) Turn on subliminals if they help you! Again, completely optional!

(3) Once you feel relaxed, close your eyes and start to repeat "I am" in your head until you feel the many symptoms of shifting, such as tingling, twitching, and bright lights.

(4) start making affirmations (i am shifting, i am in my dr, i have left my cr)

(5)  Once you have relaxed again, stop affirming and begin to think about your dr. Like where you will wake up, how you will wake up, etc. This can include little things that you want to happen.

(6) You should start to feel your surrounding in your dr! Like sounds, lights, and voices!
