Carson sits in her kitchen, getting ready to grab a snack when she hears noises coming from her room. Grabbing a knife, she creeps up the stairs, opening the door to be met with Stiles.

"Hey Stiles," she sighs in relief.

"Knife?" he points to the weapon in her hand.

"I thought you were a threat," she shrugs, placing it on her dresser.

"Why do you have such a big knife?"

"Because we're secretly a family of assassins. I have a latex suit and everything," she jokes.

"I wouldn't be surprised, honestly."

"So what's up?"

"Okay, uh, just haven't had a chance to see you since the whole motel thing, and I wasn't sure how you felt about it-" he visibly gets nervous.

"I feel the same way I felt that night, you can stop panicking."

"So where do we go from here?"

"Where do you want to go? I'm not exactly familiar with this part," she chuckles awkwardly.

"Ugh, I hate you already, you're making me awkward."

"Is that a bad thing?" he asks.

"Not necessarily, as long as you can make up for it," she smirks.

"I can try," he gulps.

"Okay, let's do something then. I'm bored, and we didn't get to have any fun over the summer, so let's go," she pulls him up, leading him out the door.

"Where?"

"To Lookout Point, duh," she grabs a hoodie.

"I thought you hated Lookout Point. You said it's the perfect place to be murdered."

"Yeah but now I have these," she flashes her claws.

"Good point," he shrugs, getting in the Jeep.

"So what spurred this idea of yours?"

"Eh, late night adventures are my thing. Typically give me some insight," she explains, as they drive to the preserve.

"Okay, tell me something that you've never told anyone," he says as they lay on the roof of the car.

"Uh, I went to tumbling classes for the entirety of middle school after seeing Bring it On, because I thought I was destined to be a cheerleader," she chuckles.

"You? A cheerleader? You hate cheerleaders."

"Now I do. They're annoying, no one should be that peppy. But I was on a competition team from 6th to 8th grade. Very dark times," she groans. "Okay, favorite thing about me."
