Soon after he woke up, John looked puzzled at his surroundings.
What did just happen?
"Apparently, you can emit energy waves now" Adrion said, trying to fill they vast amount of questions formimg inside the Raven's head.
"Well, to be completely accurate, it was an aura wave" Claire said
"Hold up, what?" John asked confused.
Nothing made sense to him. His mind was in shambles, probably due to the fact that he has been wandering in the dreamworld for half a day. The average human mind shouldn't be put under such inhuman conditions.
"Well, I'm guessing, that you are more familiar with your ability by now?"
"Well, to be honest, except the fact that I can maintain four individual abilities, I didn't make any progress"
"You are hopeless, aren't you?" Claire sighed
"I never claimed to be smart, just extremely powerful" John shrugged
"So, If I'm assuming correctly, whatever you witnessed in the dreamworld, caused your body excessive stress, and I guess...it manipulated your aura, so it would match with a person that emits...energy waves. Do you happen to know someone who could do that?"
Blyke knocked me out of the the house's window, using an energy wave a while back. Could his ability be the one we are talking about?
"Yeah, I know a guy. An impulsive red-head to be honest."
"How familiar are you with his ability? Ηave you been exposed to his aura a lot?"
John smiled awkwardly.
"Haha, it's a funny story, really. I think I was this guy's nemesis...or at least I used to be and since he tested my patience really often, I.....guess my dexterity when it came to his ability , was far better than his own" he said giving her an awkward smile.
"I'll pretend I didn't hear that, although we will discuss this eventually." Claire said, shooting him a death glare.
"I'm sorry madam" John apologized
"It seems to me like your body has developed a defensive mechanism of sorts, and I guess you can recall abilities your are familiar with, or to be exact familiar with their aura's"
"You are officially not a leech anymore" Adrion concluded
