"Okay, shut up! He did that to you. You are not responsible for Brandon acting like a doofus and kissing every girl he comes across. Calvin should've given you the chance to explain yourself at least! Why is he freaking out at you?"
"Because I kissed back! I didn't stop him from kissing me! I could've pushed him off, but I didn't do anything! I let him kiss me!" Emily squeaked, trying her hardest not to cry, "I messed up!"
"Oh my goodness, he's such an idiot!" Sarah grumbled.
Later that day when Emily was out with her friends, Sarah created a group chat between her, Calvin, and Emily.
Mia was beside her, having already been updated with all the drama.
"Okay, now go yell at Calvin," she directed Sarah.
Emily was clearly freaked out by the all-caps text she sent toward her ex-boyfriend.

With Mia's guidance, Sarah was able to direct the conversation toward Calvin's current feelings toward Emily. Apparently he was not mad at her anymore.
However, she was surprised by what Calvin texted her privately.
Her jaw dropped at the message.
"MIA, HE WANTS TO MARRY HER."

"Aww! Really?!" Mia smiled, glancing at the conversation as Sarah excitedly showed her.
"He wants to marry my sister!!" Sarah squealed, "No wonder he was so dramatic about Brandon kissing her!! Freaking Brandon, she doesn't care about him!"
"That's her ex, right?" Mia confirmed, tilting her head curiously as she recalled.
"Yeah, he cheated on Emily after he somehow convinced her to come to Florida with him for a few weeks. He's a horrible being. BUT CALVIN WANTS TO MARRY EMILY!!" Sarah jumped around the room, so excited for her sister.
Mia lifted the phone to see their conversation.
"He said he was considering marrying her one day. That's still cute though! Emily needs to be clear with him about her intentions," Mia sighed, pushing a lock of her purple hair behind her ear.
"I'M GONNA GO TALK TO HIM! BE RIGHT BACK!!" Sarah ran out of the room, down to Calvin's dorm.
After knocking frantically, he opened the door, a bit surprised by how excited she was.
