Chapter Fourteen

James held Regulus close as he cried. "This is all my fault." He said between sobs. James shook his head. "It was my idea. I should have known better. It's ok though. Sirius will calm down. He always does." Regulus wiped his eyes, and looked at James. "How are you so amazing?" James smiled. "I guess you rubbed off on me." Regulus' smile turned serious. "So what now? Do we tell people? All of Gryffindor probably heard that argument anyway." James put his hand on Regulus' shoulder. "Whatever you want." Regulus grinned. "I think I'm ready to tell people." James grinned back. "Great! I'll walk you back to the Slytherin common room." Regulus put the cloak back on, even though everyone knew he was there. They went down the stairs, James getting weird looks from fellow Gryffindors. James just waved at them. As soon as they got out of the common room, Regulus took the cloak off. "Doesn't it bother you?" James looked at him. "What? The weird looks? Nah. I just brush them off." Regulus smiled. Once they reached the Entrance to the Slytherin common room, they stopped. Regulus stood up on his tippy toes and kissed James goodbye. "See you tomorrow James." He said the password and walked into the common room. He was approached by- you guessed it- Snape. "Where were you?" Regulus realized that the whole common room was watching them. He smiled. "With my boyfriend." Snape sneered. "So you are admitting it? You're dating Potter?" Regulus nodded. "Yep. I'm dating James." Someone in the crowd hissed. A lanky student stepped forward. It was Barty Crouch Jr. "And here I thought you were the smart one." Regulus stood up straight. "I am. I don't hang around low life death eaters like you lot. Now goodnight." The crowd parted, letting him walk to his dorm. Once he reached it, he smiled to himself. Things were finally starting to change.

*Here is the long awaited chapter Fourteen! I don't know how much longer this is going to be. I don't want it to end! But I am working on other fanfictions. So once this is done, I'll post one of those. I love you all! -Roman
