On Monday I went to Caleb's house.
Caleb - Kayla? What are you doing here?
Kayla - I wanted to talk to you before school... Jamie and I saw you and Ivy at the Cafe on Saturday.
Caleb - Oh shit
Kayla - Oh shit is right!
Caleb - I really wasn't trying to hurt Jamie. I didn't even know she was there.
Kayla - Then what were you trying to do? You're with Ivy now? Where did that come from?
Caleb - It's complicated. Jamie and I got close again over the summer, maybe even too close. Ivy is really into me. What's the harm in just seeing where things go with her?
Kayla - The harm is hurting Jamie! I just had no idea you were so into Ivy.
Caleb - I'm not. I mean... I don't know... I just think I should try and see if I could be...
Kayla - Well, for the sake of our group, you need to sort things out with Jamie.
Caleb - For the sake of our group... Don't be so hypocritical
Kayla - Me... Hypocritical?
Caleb - I know you and Conan almost kissed.
Kayla - He told you about that?
Caleb - What you didn't think he would?
Kayla - It's just... I wasn't sure what it was to him.
Caleb - Complicates things, doesn't it? Sometimes I wish I'd never crossed that line with Jamie. Because once you do, you can never go back.
