Y/N WAS TIRED OF BEING treated differently for being a celebrity and for being a girl. she was constantly sexualized and hated against on the media, something her male co-stars had never had to worry about as much as she had.

she wanted to come forward and post about it on her social media and confront everyone who had ever done that, but she would get in a lot of trouble and get a lot of backlash from her agency and get even more hate from the media. it was the sad truth of being famous.

the girl had known where she stood as someone so young who was so well known, and she was upset that the world has forced her to be someone she isn't.

y/n had just wanted to go back to living a normal life. she wanted to take off with her friends and her money and hide away until she was one of the celebrities that had been long forgotten.

"'cause i'm just a girl, sadie. little old me!" y/n complained to her best friend. "but they can never let me out of their sight."

"who?" sadie asked. she would've known what y/n had been talking about but today, sadie felt like anything that was said to her would go through one ear, and out the other. so, she wasn't thinking when she asked that stupid old question.

"the paparazzi, saids! the fans, the media! it's so tiring having to keep up this act. i just want to act like me and i want people to like me for me, like they used to. i'm done with trying to always act like such a good influence all the time!" she complained. "i feel like i don't have any rights anymore!"

sadie just nodded her head, letting the girl in front of her let all of her emotions out.

"i've had it up to here!" y/n said, raising her hand up to near the top of her head, to signify that she was tired of being treated so poorly and so differently.

"sadie, i have to many reasons to just run and hide whenever i go outside. i don't have any privacy anymore! finn and i can't even do the things we hold so near and dear to our hearts anymore because anytime we step out of that door," she pointed towards the door to make her point more clear, "we just get mobbed by fans and paparazzi!"

just then, finn had walked into the apartment. "hey! what are we talking about?" he asked.

"y/n's talking about how tired she is of being famous." sadie responded, scooting over a little on the couch so finn could lay next to her and continue to listen to y/n talking about everything wrong with being famous.

"i honestly would rather not be a girl in the media. finn, is it easier to be a boy when you're famous?" y/n asked, turning to finn to ask the question.

"i don't know, y/n. i've never been a girl before." he responded, trying to lighten the mood a little. "but, i can say that we don't get criticized about every little thing like most girls do and we don't get sexualized as much either. the most that will happen is just a bunch of teenage girls that say they're in love with us, or something." he told her honestly.

"see, that's the thing! i'm always getting told about my appearance. i mean, i've been around for about 2 years now and i'm always getting told about how i've 'filled out' or 'how different my body looks' by these interviewers and it fucking creeps me out, man!" by this point, y/n was pacing around the room.

"i mean, i cant even go for a drive at night anymore! i'll go to a drive thru or i'll go to pick up food and there will be paparazzi, showing up out of no where, taking pictures of me like i'm some kind of freak that they've never seen before, that they want proof of what they saw!" she continued to explain, finn and sadie starting to doze off as y/n's complaining started to sound like background noise.

"cmon'! i feel like i'm living in captivity, here! i cant do jack shit without getting interrupted or getting mobbed, even. i'm so sick and tired of this." she continued.

"i've had it up to here!" she showed them again, this being finns first time he saw her mention it.

the night went on with y/n complaining and finn and sadie throwing in relations every once in a while to try to let her know that they understand how she's feeling.

they were all sick and tired of this and they were ready for it to all disappear.
