Chapter 11: Gigan

It was the next day and I was out looking for supplies. I trusted Kelly with John and Kate. I wanted to contact Breckon to see if he got anything yet so I found a safe place and contacted him. "What's up Peter?" "Have you gotten anything yet?" "I had something, but the signal was to weak. I'll keep trying." "Alright. Wait one question." "Go ahead." "Where are you?" "See that tower at the top of the hill? Where the second power station is?" "Yes I do." "Yeah I'm at the top. Can you see me waving at ya?" I knew he was joking. "No I don't." I laughed. "So if you need anything. Stop by here. It might be a good long climb to get up here though." "You think?" I got startled by a screech and I looked up and saw Gigan landing in the centre of the city. It roared into the sky and started to thrash on the city. Destroying what was left of it. "Are you seeing this?" I asked. "This is the perfect view from where I am." Breckon said.

Gigan clawed its way through buildings and skyscrapers. It shot its laser around the city causing buildings to catch on fire. Godzilla then rose from the sea and challenged Gigan to a fight. Gigan's buzz saw started to go meaning it had accepted. It then jumped in the air and started to fly toward Godzilla. With its saw still going Gigan cut Godzilla's shoulder open. Godzilla roared in pain. Gigan flew around and was about to hit Godzilla again. But Godzilla ducked and grabbed its tail and swung it into a building. Gigan went right through it. Godzilla shot its atomic breath at the building causing it to fall on top of Gigan. Gigan bursted through the building and charged at Godzilla. Gigan dug its knifes into Godzilla's side. This didn't stop the big beast though. Godzilla's spike began to glow and it shot its atomic breath at Gigan's face. Gigan roared and flew away back to the Xilians ship. Godzilla roared a victory roar.

"Did you see that!" Breckon shouted. "Yeah I did. I nearly got crushed." I replied.
