The past few days have been busy.

Sebastian received a call for a new opportunity in a movie and he has been wondering if he should audition or not. He says he is enjoying being home with Aurelia and I and doesn't know if he is ready to go back to a crazy filming schedule. I've been trying to convince him to at least audition. We made it work last time he was filming, we will make it work again.

Speaking of Sebastian, he had finally found a therapist to speak with. He goes twice a week and, yes, this one is a male. Sebastian is still getting over the "weirdness" (his words, not mine) of talking to another guy about his past and his emotional state, but I'm proud of him for trying. I think it is benefitting him already and he has only been to two sessions.

We had found Aurelia another therapist also. This one is actually a distant relative of Diane and Carly. It is a bit more of a drive to get to her office, but for Aurelia's health it is definitely worth it. I had began over analyzing every little thing Aurelia did, trying to gauge if she was okay of not. She seems happy, but every time I try to ease into a conversation about how she feels "on the inside" she says she is okay and runs away. Sebastian and I have been discussing a pre-school program for her to meet other kids and make friends. Her new therapist told us she is definitely ready mentally for that kind of change. That made me feel a bit more at ease.

Another big change that may be coming soon, a new nanny.

That's right, Sebastian wants me to be able to go places with him without having to bother Diane all the time. Not only that, but I like the idea of going back to school since I never finished college before getting married to Nathan. I've run the idea past Sebastian and he instantly asked me if I wanted to go to acting school. Apparently he wants to be a "power couple". I told him that he and Mackie are the powerful power couple of them all and that I could never replace Mackie. Sebastian seemed a little bummed that I don't want to act, but I think he will get over it eventually. I still agreed to help him read any lines if he ever needed it.

I've decided that I want to go to school to become a hairstylist. I love doing Aurelia's hair and have always enjoyed helping anyone dye their hair. Sebastian suggested I could do hair for movies and I thought that would definitely be fun.

But, we have to find a new nanny first.

Which is much easier said than done.

I'm sitting on the couch creating an online ad while listening to Sebastian play with Aurelia in her room. The sun had set just a few minutes ago and I'm trying to finish this before starting dinner. My phone vibrates on the coffee table beside me and I excitedly answer it once I see the name.

"You bitch! Why haven't you called me?" I laugh.

"Well, hello to you too." Tara laughs on the other end of the phone.

"How are you? I miss you. How's Chris? How's the movie? How's-" Tara cuts me off.

"Slow down there sister. I'm good. I miss you too. Chris is great. The movie is slowly coming along." Tara says in basically one breath. "How is everything in New York?"

"Everything is good! Sebastian and I are trying to find a new nanny so that I can go to barber school and-" Tara cuts me off again.

"BARBER SCHOOL?" She yells, making me pull the phone away from my ear and wince. "Finally! I have been trying to get you to go to barber school for forever! That will be perfect for you! Wait, who is going to watch Aurelia?"

"We are working on that part. We are thinking about sending her into a summer pre-school program that will help her get ready for Kindergarten and we are looking for a nanny for when she isn't at school." I explain.
