Seoyul's POV

" Hello? " I said as I peeped my head into the dark alley when I heard someone screaming. I pursed my lips as I approached the alley slowly.

I gulped, " Hello? " I said again.

I'm probably going to die today so please, if you're reading this, please tell the police about it.

I heard the sound of punches flying around and my heart is literally pounding so hard against my chest that it's about to fly out.

" You watch out. " I quickly hid in a corner as a group of guys walked passed me and they left the alley.

I waited for a good 2 minutes to make sure that they aren't coming back before I came out of my hiding spot.

I rushed over to where they came from and I spotted a guy laying on the ground. " Are you okay? " He was groaning in pain when I tapped him gently.

" Someone is injured. I'm at the alley near Myeongdong. " I called the ambulance as I looked over at the guy before me.

His entire face is covered in bruise and he's groaning in pain yet I know I can't do anything about it. When I ended the call, I sighed as I observed his limbs that are covered in bruises too.

I sat down beside him, " Are you okay? "

He glared at me, " Do I look okay? " I pursed my lips as he continued groaning in pain.

" Don't worry, the ambulance is coming soon. " I said and he ignored me.

I looked over at him, " It's probably not the right time but my name is Yoon Seoyul. " He stopped groaning as he eyed me.

" You really know how to piss someone off. You should state that in your resume. " I rolled my eyes as I sat beside him.

Just then, the loud siren of the ambulance approached us and a group of paramedics came to bring him away.

I got into the ambulance with him because I wanted to know what is going on with him.

Okay, I'm just nosy.

During the ride to the hospital, the paramedics asked him several questions and I was listening to his answers. " What's your name? "

" Felix. " He replied as he clenched his fist.

" Do you have Korean name? " He pursed his lips.

Felix sighed, " Lee Yongbok. " They noted it down as they continued asking him more questions.

" How did you get beaten up? " He kept quiet for a good one minute as I sat there, staring at him as I waited for his answer.

He glared at me, " Must she be here? Can't you just jump off the ambulance now? My god. " I faked a punch to scare him and he quickly closed his eyes as a reflex.

I laughed, " Is there a mental check up available at your hospital? I think she needs a check up. " He point at me.

" Thank you for your concern but I'm fine. " I forced a smile and he ignored me again.

When we got to the hospital, he was pushed into the scanning room to do some scans while I waited outside.

After an hour, I was yawning as I leaned back onto the chair. I would love to leave but honestly, I want to make sure that he's safe before I leave.
