Seoyul's POV

When the bus alighted in front of our school, I hopped off and walked ahead of Changbin. I walked through the hallway as my eyes scanned across the lockers trying to find mine.

My eyes lit up when I found my locker.

I walked over and opened it to put all my belongings into the locker and took out the necessary items needed for my first lesson.

I carried all of it in my hands as I closed the locker door behind me before walking to class.

When I got to class, most of the people were already in class. " A little help here! " I said as I struggled with my books.

" Why don't you carry your bag with you? " My best friend asked as she took some books from me, placing them on my desk.

I shook my head, " That's too much work. " She furrowed her brows looking confused.

" Never mind. Just know that carrying a bag is carrying another burden and I'm not going to do that. " I said.

Just then, the teacher came in and everyone settled down. " Do you know what day is it today? " He asked as he waited for our answer but no one said a single word.

He smiled, " It's my birthday! " We chuckled.

" Happy birthday! " We screamed and he smiled.

" It's also the release of your exams dates! " He cheered while clapping his hands while the rest of us just sat there, staring at him being all excited by himself.

Mr Lim passed down our exams schedules as he continued explaining about the topics tested for our exams. " Is it just me but I'm starting to feel sick. " Haru said from beside me.

Haru is my best friend.

I nodded as I laid my head on the desk, " I already know that I'm going to fail without even taking the exams. " Haru chuckled.

" Seoyul, mind sharing with the class what I just said? " I lifted my head up. Mr Lim was smiling at me as he waited for me to share.

I gulped as I sat up, " You talked about the topics tested for the exams. " He nod.

" What did I say about it? " I gulped.

Just then, I heard a voice from behind. " Organic Chemistry isn't tested. " I repeated exactly what he said and Mr Lim looked impressed.

He nod as he continued talking about the topics. I turned my head around, " Thanks for just now. " I smiled before turning back to the front.

After the class ended, I was about to pack up when a figure walked over and stood beside my desk. I looked up, " Do I know you? " I asked.

He seemed surprised, " I was the guy from behind. " I opened my mouth slightly as I nod, feeling rather embarrassed at the fact that I didn't recognised him.

I shot him a smile, " Thanks again for just now. "

He smiled back, " I just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm Seungmin, you can always look for me if you need help in anything. " I nod with a smile.

Seungmin and I bid goodbye before he left the class. That's when Haru walked over to me with a teasing smile as I shook my head trying to clear all her fantasies in her head.

Haru nudged me, " Did Kim Seungmin just approached you? That's adorable. " I chuckled as I placed my books on top of each other.

" He's just being friendly. " She shrugged.
