Felix's POV
My eyes kept wandering over at the clock. The time doesn't seem to be working, " Nurse! " I raised my voice slightly and a nurse came in.
" I think the clock is spoiled, can you get it change? " He walked over and took a look at the clock. He furrowed his brows as he walked over to me.
He placed it in front of me, " It's working just fine though. " I looked down at the clock and it's ticking as usual.
" I swear the time is passing so slowly today. " I said and he chuckled.
He looked over at the television, " Do you want me to turn on the television for you? " I nodded and he did exactly that before leaving the room.
I laid back on my bed as I looked around the room and it feels so boring. " When is Seoyul going to- " I heard the door opening and I turned my face to the side.
" What do you have today? " I turned to face the door when my smile faded.
I let out a sigh, " I thought I told you not to come back here. " My birth giver came over to me as she caress my hair gently.
" I haven't washed my hair in days. It's so oily that I can fill an entire gas tank with my oil. " She chuckled slightly, literally not giving a shit about what I said.
She smiled, " You grew up a lot. "
" I wonder why? Well, maybe because it has already been 4 years since you decided to send me to Korea by myself. " I smiled.
She forced a smile, " I don't know what the hell you want me to do to make you leave but for heaven sake, just leave me alone! " I raised my voice.
She stood up slowly as she nod. " If that is what you want. " She turned her back against me as she walked out of the ward, closing the door behind her.
Urgh.
Seoyul's POV
I flinched when the door opened up before me. The same lady as the one I saw yesterday came out, sniffing slightly. " Are you here to see Felix? " I nodded.
She smiled slightly as she grabbed both of my hands while staring into my eyes, pleading. " I don't know who you are but please take good care of my son. "
I blinked a few times as she released my hands and walked off. I pulled opened the door as I walked into the ward, closing it behind me.
" So what do we have here today? " Felix asked in his usual cheerful tone as I placed the food on the table.
" Tonkatsu. " He grinned.
I unpacked his food as I brought it over to him. While feeding him his meal, I decided to ask him about that lady from before. " I didn't hear you talk about your family. " I said.
His smile faded, " I don't have one. "
" What about that lady who came- " He sighed.
" She's not my family. " He replied.
I was about to say something when he cut me off. Felix eyed me, " Can we not talk about this? " I thought about the way he screamed at his mom and the way she told me to take care of him.
" You can't escape this forever. No matter what she did, she's still your mom and- " I got cut off by Felix.
He glared at me, " Leave. " He said in a cold tone.
I scoffed, " Felix I- " He cut me off again.
" You don't even have any rights to comment on this because we're nothing. We're not even friends. " He said.
He scoffed, " You think you became a part of my life? You mean nothing to me. Your opinion doesn't affect me and if you think I see you as someone important to me, please wake up. "
Tears welled up in my eyes as I slammed the bento box onto the table. " Fine. This is why there's no one around you, not because no one care about you but because you pushed everyone who tried to care away. " He ignored me.
I took my things before leaving the place.
I was walking out when I saw his mom standing at the taxi stand. " Oh, I thought you went to see Felix. " She stopped me.
I nodded, " I just came to pass him his food. " I smiled slightly as I walked by her to get to the subway station.
When I got home, my mom wasn't home yet and the entire house is just quiet. I walked up to my room where I actually started studying because there's nothing else for me to do and I'm bored of doing nothing.
After a few hours of studying, I heard the sound of the main door being pushed opened. I went downstairs and I saw my mom walking to the kitchen as she massaged her back.
I watched her as she went over to the drawer to get some tiger balm patch to stick on her shoulders and lower back, struggling to paste them.
I went down and walked over to her. " I'll help you. " I said as I took the patch from her and pasted it on for her.
Without saying a word, she stood up and walked into the kitchen. I pursed my lips as I walked over to the couch before reaching my hand out to grab the remote control.
The main door opened again, without a doubt, it's Changbin. " Is she still angry? " He placed his bag down as he plunged onto the couch.
I nod, " She's probably not going to talk to us for the next one week. " I said and he sighed, stretching his arms up in the air.
I looked over at Changbin who's eyes are closed while he crossed his arms across his chest. " Why don't you shower before you sleep? " He shook his head while keeping his eyes shut.
" If I were to shower, I would probably sleep till tomorrow. I'm not done with a part of my new music yet so I can't sleep yet. " I sighed.
" Isn't it tiring? Why do you still do music even when it's so tough? " I asked.
He chuckled slightly, " Freak yeah, of course it's tiring. "
Changbin opened one of his eyes slightly as he looked over at me. " But do you know what's the happiest part of doing music in my opinion? " I shook my head.
" Knowing that someone out there likes my music. "
