Seoyul's POV

" Beach, I swear you're trying to kill me. " I shook my head as I looked over at the entire cart of medicine.

I looked back at Felix, " That's what the nurse said and you heard her. " I shrugged and he let out a sigh.

" I'll call her in and you shall talk to her yourself. " He nod and I pressed the button. Soon, a nurse came in and Felix began interrogating her.

I nudged him, causing him to wince in pain. " I-I'm sorry. " I held in my laughter as he glared at me.

" Must I take all of these now? " The nurse looked over at the medicine cart and nodded.

I held in my laughter as I placed both of my hands over my mouth. " Alright, thanks. " Felix said and the nurse walked out of the room.

He looked over at me and I burst into laughter immediately. I sat down on the chair and I laughed even harder. " I-I-I'm going to g-get a-abs! " I held onto my stomach.

" I already have abs. " He replied and I ignored him.

When I'm done laughing, I stood up as I let out a huge sigh. " Time for medicine, Felix. " I shot him a smile as I pulled the medicine into the syringe and fed him.

He was literally gagging but I can't do anything about it but to feed him my mom's method.

I used to hate eating medication so she have to resort to mixing it with some sweet solution.

After I'm done feeding him every single medication on the cart, I sat back down. " Oh right. I don't know your name yet. " I looked over at him.

" Jerk. I said my name just now. " I said.

He frowned, " Beach, I was in too much pain to remember what you said. " I rolled my eyes.

" Fine, I'll repeat it again. Listen to it well. " I said and he nodded.

I turned my body towards him, " My name is Yoon Seoyul. " I replied and he nodded while repeating my name once.

I looked over at him, " Why is your voice so deep? "

" My mom played the bass and made me sing to the tune everyday when I was going through puberty. " He said while looking emotionless.

I gasped, " For real? "

He rolled his eyes, " Of course not. Are you dumb? " I glared at him as I took my phone out and my eyes widened when I saw a string of missed calls from my mom.

" I'm dead. " I said and he looked over at me.

I called my mom back as I placed the phone slightly away from my ear. " Yoon Seoyul! Where are you right now? Do you know the time? " I pursed my lips as I placed it against my ear.

" I'm at the hospital visiting a friend. " I replied as I looked over at Felix who's mouthing a sentence to me.

' Who says I'm your friend? '

I point a middle finger at him, " I don't care which friend you're visiting. You better get home right now or else you're going to be the one that's going to admit into the hospital! " Before I could reply, she hung me up.

I placed my phone in my pocket as I stood up. " Was that your mom? " I nodded.

" Well, I got to go now. I'll come back tomorrow if you're alive and not beaten alive by the gangsters again. " I said and he rolled his eyes.

I took the cab home since my mom is raging.

When I got home, I pushed opened the door slowly as I peeped my head into the house. I looked around slowly and I made sure there's not a single soul around before I come in.
