Lisa's PoV
"Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts sir. I learned so much from you this year."I bowed to my professor.
It's the last day of school and the kids who did well got some awards for their efforts. Mark,Yugyeom and me luckily ,is part of it. I'm sure if Seulgi is still here with us she's gonna receive some awards too.
"Oh come on! You guys deserve it! I also want to say sorry for overworking you. I shouldn't say this but you guys are my favorites. Let's keep that to ourselves ,shall we?"He whispered the last part.
We all chuckled.
As if it's not obvious that we're his favorite. Some of the guys from our class hate us ,actually. Well what we do? It's not like we control our professor's attention to not give us that much,aren't we? If I were them I should have just work hard and smart so that our prof will also notice them. Also, confidence is a key.
"Let's go out again sometime sir if you're not busy."Yugyeom said and went to have a handshake.
"Oh I would love that!"He chuckled
"So who is that beautiful girl behind you sir?"Mark asked
Wow. He really be thinking something to even forgot to thank our professor.
"Come here darling! Stop playing with your phone!"He scolded the girl behind her and gently step aside to let us see his daughter.
The girl's face slightly looked annoyed after she glanced at his father and was about to walk out. I felt Mark pushed me from the side to not blocked the girl's way but she's just actually getting her airpods on the ground because it fell.
"Kids this is my dearest daughter,ChungHa . She's a business major but same year as you guys."He introduced.
"I'm Yugyeom!"Yugyeom introduced himself.
"You look so lovely. I'm Mark by the way."Mark said and tried to have a handshake with ChungHa but the girl just look at his hands.
I chuckled at the sight. I guess Mark's aura on girls doesn't really work right now.
"Hi I'm–"
"Lisa."ChungHa cut me off when I was about to introduce myself.
I look at her in surprised. How did she know my name? As far as I remember this is the first time we met.
"Don't be shock,Lis! I talked some good things about you with my daughter. She asked me what's your name when she saw a picture of the four of us from our trip to Jeju."His dad explained.
I nodded and chuckled together with him. I smiled at her daughter and took her handshake that she's initiating. I felt Mark nudged my shoulder after the handshake so I looked at him.
"I want her but I guess she wants you!"He whispered on my ear and I kicked his legs for saying that.
"Do you mind having a moment with me?"She asked smiling. I was contemplating if I should say yes or no but when I looked at her father he just nodded and smiled at me.
She seems friendly so I nodded and smiled. Our professor and my friends continued to talk from the side giving me and ChungHa a small space so we could talk.
