I woke up feeling so thirsty so I went out of my room and went in the kitchen only to see two people looking so serious.
Lisa's cooking something while Mark is reading a recipe book.
"Oh hi Jen!"Mark glanced at me smiling for a second before reading the recipe book again.
I know it's Sunday today but what are these two doing? They look so serious.
"I'm cooking steak for dinner. Is that okay?"Lisa asked me.
I chug the water bottle finishing it before nodding at her. Whenever she cook something she would always ask me if I'm okay with it or no. She's so considerate to what I like or not but so far I like everything that she cooks for me.
"Mark,can you prepare this? I'll just go to my room and change."Lisa said and Mark quickly obliged.
Lisa excused herself leaving me with Mark here in the kitchen. I went on the counter table then took a sit on the chair.
"Are you giving Lisa a hard time here?"Mark suddenly asked me.
What the fuck is he saying?
"Chill. I'm just curious about you two."He said and chuckled.
He's chopping something so his eyes are on there and not on me. Unlike lisa,she would always look at me when we're talking even if she's chopping or doing something or what.
And why am I comparing? Whatever.
"She's talkative."I said but he laughed.

"That's good to know."
What is he saying?
"What's good with that?"I asked confused.
"She would never talk to you when she's upset. I've experienced it. To tell you it was fucking hard not to talk with her."He said and chuckled again.
"Well,not unless you did something really bad to her."I said and rolled my eyes.
"But what I did for her was a good thing actually?"
I raise a brow.
"I only scolded her ex for not being with Lisa at her worst but Lisa's always with her through ups and downs."He said and chuckled again.
"You should have stayed silent."I told him and he shook his head sideways not agreeing with me.
"That pissed me off especially when I know how much Lisa sacrificed for her. It's just not me anyways. It's the whole gang in Australia. She didn't talk to all of us when she knew we scolded her ex."He chuckled again.
She must have love her so much...
"But the worst one was two months ago. When her parents died.She didn't talk to all of us the whole month. She was very depressed.Fuck..."A tear escaped from Mark's eyes and he wipe it immediately.
Lisa's parents died? Two months ago? Her parents just died! Oh my God! My father didn't tell me that! She's always smile a lot to me how would I know!?
"Can you not tell Lisa that I tell you that,please?"He asked me and I nodded.
He even cried with the thought of it. What more that time? Lisa must have been very depressed and sad...
"Pfftt— Did you cry chopping the bell pepper?"Lisa asked when she entered the kitchen seeing Mark's red eyes.
Just like that. She smiles a lot. How would I know she have so many problems carrying? Her parents death is just fresh. She might still recovering 'till now.
"Spicy grilled steak with spicy parsley sauce."Mark chuckled lightly after that.

They must have been very close since then.
"I just got informed that the driver is having a rest starting tomorrow?"She asked me with confirmation and gave me a fork so that I could start eating.
I nodded.
"Do you want me to give you a ride? I know you don't like to drive."She said that made me roll my eyes and she chuckled with that.
I didn't even asked for it but she knows that I need it.
"I can drive tomorrow for myself. I have things to do."I said
"What about the next day after tomorrow?"She raised a brow.
She's persistent,huh?
"If you insist then."I said that made her chuckle again.
What she's doing to me—all of it almost are not so normal. I don't want to think anything more. All of this are just natural for her. I'm sure.
"What about me,Lis? I don't like to drive too."Mark said and act all cute to Lisa.
That's gross! What the hell is he doing.
"Ewww Mark! Stop it!!"Lisa whined but Mark continued teasing Lisa by acting all cute to her and they end up teasing each other like a kid.
