Lisa's PoV
"I already bought the apartment next to Mark's."I nodded and smiled to my brother. He's only here in Thailand for business. Although,I am hoping if he could spend some time and rest here but he's very busy because of our situation.
I don't want to be far away from my girlfriend but living together in the same roof is not okay with me. The contract between my brother and Jennie's parents already expired so they no longer have to let me stay in their house.
"Bam,can you send me the documents that my sister sent to you? I need to study it."Rosé requested
We're in the lobby area of my parent's private resort that is now ours. I mean I think this is my brother's resort mostly since he's the one who's taking care of it. And I don't really have an idea how to run one of our businesses as big as this. I only own few of coffee shops in Australia and here in Thailand. The money that I earn from those are the money I'm spending with my craps.
"Don't you know what the word confidentiality means,Park Chaeyoung?"My brother asked authoritatively
"Nevermind then, I'll just ask my sister instead to sent it to me."Rosé glared at my brother making him let out a heavy sigh and nodded.
"I'm only sending it to you because I know it could help you with your studies. But I'm going to call your dad and tell him that you're threatening me with your eyes."
"I don't think you can press me charges for that though."Rosé let out a smirked making my brother walked out but I followed him.
I'm really worried.
"It's not going good isn't?"I asked him getting worried because every time I asked him about our issues with our uncle he would change the topic.
He stopped and looks at me.
I have many questions in my mind right now and I well damn know he won't answer all of it.
"I'm working on it—"
"I want to know,Bam. You're having a very hard time because of me and I don't want that. You're supposedly spending time with your girlfriend but you're stucked–"
"Well,I don't want that!You're my only family left. You are my sister. My little sister. Family over everything. If my girlfriend can't understand that we can't see each other for days,months, or even years ,because I need to take care of my little sister then I don't want it."He told me straight in the eyes.
I get that but my happiness over his is making my heart break into pieces. He probably feels responsible to me now that he's the only older and family I have left. But I would do the same if I'm in his position.
"Okay... I will not force you to tell me but I am hoping that you'd tell me soon because if there's anything that I could help I would do it."
"Lisa!!!"I turned to look at the person who called me only to see Mark and my girlfriend beside him who's already wearing a bikini.
She's hot.
"It's gonna be fine.It's not that big of a problem,Lis. What I want you to do right now is to enjoy your last day here ,okay? I got it all covered. Alice is helping me through it."My brother kissed my forehead after saying that to me with his calm voice now.
