It was the last song and tensions were high and nerves for Aimee were well overflowing she had to do the gasp as the end, to be honest, she kinda hated it because it was between and scream and a gasp so it hurts her throat afterward but the show must go on.
Chris walked on stage and started singing 'let me tell you which I have known, when I young and dreamed of glory, you have no control' he sang 'who lives who dies who tells your story' the whole cast sang except Aimee who was waiting backstage with shakey hands.
'President Jefferson' Leslie spoke pointing up.
'I'll give him this, his financial system is a work of genius, I couldn't undo it if I tried and I tried' Daveed spoke looking out to the audience 'who lives who dies who tells your story' the ensemble sang more people walked on stage.
'President Maddison' Leslie spoke pointing towards him 'he took our country from bankruptcy to prosperity, I hate to admit it, but he doesn't get enough credit for all of the credit he gave us' Okieriete spoke 'who lives who dies who tells your story' more people joined the stage.
'Every other founding father story gets told, every other founding father gets to grow old' Renee sang standing in the middle of the stage 'but when you're gone who remembers your name, who keeps your flame, who tells your story' Leslie sang walking to the other side of the stage.
'Eliza' the whole cast sang and Aimee walked out and the group looked at her.
'I put myself back in the narrative' she sang looking up 'Eliza' the women sang looking at her with smiles on their faces and tears in their eyes.
'I stop wasting time on tears, I live another 50 years it's not enough' she sang walking to center stage 'Eliza' the who cast sang then walked forward to stand right behind her.
'I interview every soldier who fought by your side' she sang and Okieriete, Anthony and Daveed stood behind her 'she tells our story' they sang.
'I try to make sense of your writings you really do write like your running out of time' she sang and looked at Renee.
'I rely on Angelica' Aimee and Renee sang Angelica together looking at each other for a moment before Aimee looked back up to the audience.
'While she's alive we tell your story, she's is buried in Trinity church near you, when I needed her most she was right on time' Aimee sang then looked and Leslie for a bit with an angry expression and he looked shocked.
'And I'm still not through I ask myself what would you do if you had more time' she sang walking in a circle back into the middle stage 'the lord and his kindness, he gives me what you always wanted, he gives me more time' she sang then walked to the front.
'I raise funds in D.C for the Washington Monument' she sang looking up to the god seats while Chris walked up behind her 'she tells my story' he sang looking at her.
'I speak out against slavery, you could have done so much more if you only had time' she said still looking up and walking straight to the end of the stage.
'And when my time is up, have I done enough, we they tell your story' she sang and the rest joined in with the last bit while looking at her.
'Oh, can I show you what I proudest of' she sang and little tears formed she held her hands close to her stomach and looked at the people sitting close to the stage.
'The orphanage' the cast sang.
'I established the first private orphanage in New York City' she sang while looking down tilting her head a bit.

'I helped raise hundreds of children I get to see them growing up' she sang and looked up with a smile forming on her face.

'Oh, I can't wait to see you again, it's only a matter of time' she sang and stopped singing.
Lin walked to the other side of her with a smile and she faced him smiling back. They walked to the back together but 2 feet apart and then they walked close to each other, she took his hand slowly in acceptance, they were both smiling.
He let go and she then walked back to the front slowly to the rhythm.
'Who lives who dies who tells your story' the cast sang dragging out the last bit.
She then did gasp the famous gasp, put her hands to her chest, and looked up with tears in her eyes, the lights dimmed and she slowly let her hands drop.
Oliver was the first one out of the group to stand up clapping and whilst a bit nearly shouting her name, he had a smile on his face, the rest joined him and looked at the cast who stood in their spots.
The lights slowly came back on and they all bowed to the audience, Aimee lifted her hand pointing to Lin's way and he did the same to her, walking forward giving a bow, then the whole cast walked to the front of the stage and bowed all together while holding hands.
Aimee stood in the center and a smile formed on her face she looked around and saw Oliver clapping while standing up, she mouthed I love you before bowing again, they pointed towards the orchestrated and he waved to the audience giving a bow as well, they then all walked off stage and got ready for an after-party.
