'Wooh! There's nothin' like summer in the city, Someone in a rush next to someone lookin' pretty, Excuse me, miss, I know it's not funny, But your perfume smells like your daddy's got money, Why you slummin' in the city in your fancy heels, You searchin' for an urchin who can give you ideals?' to Aimee Lelsie was a great singer and acter for sure 'Burr you digust me' Renee sang looking around 'Ah so you discussed me, I'm a trust fund baby you can trust me' Aimee like the come back shots in these lines she got told to keep in her laughter when these ones came around though.
'I've been reading Common Sense by Thomas Paine
So men say that I'm intense or I'm insane
You want a revolution? I want a revelation
So listen to my declaration
"We hold these truths to be self-evident
That all men are created equal"
And when I meet Thomas Jefferson (unh!)
I'ma compel him to include women in the sequel!' Renee sang with a few back up vocals from Aimee and Jazz at times.'Look around, look around at how
Lucky we are to be alive right now!
Look around, look around at how
Lucky we are to be alive right now!History is happening in Manhattan and we just happen to be
In the greatest city in the world!
In the greatest city in the world!' Aimee was singing on her own twisting and turning around the male dancers with a smile on her face, going to the middle and lifted up her dress a bit to go side to side dropped it back down and raised her hands to bring her sisters together to form there trinagle again.
The song went on for a few more minutes and the whole group was mezmoriesed at Aimee's vocals at this point they just couldn't wait to hear more of her yes some of the group were the adults but the rest were young and they looved what she had produced in the musical world.
