Now We Wait

They violated me with a cotton swab

I swallowed my laugh as I read Louis' text. My mind raced to think of something witty to reply to him, but my mind went blank. I looked around the crowded bus and to the people I was sandwiched between for inspiration.

Lucky cotton swab.

I left out a huff at annoyance at my mediocre attempt at a sexy message. Louis was forbidden to see me until he got his results clearing him of all of the questionable people he slept with while we were a part. He took it personally until I explained that I might physically combust if I am near him without being able to touch him. Which he thought was hilarious that I was this sex-crazed. I couldn't even be mad, it was pathetic.

My phone beeped.

Now we wait.

I looked up from my phone as people hustled past me to get off the transit. My phone vibrated again.

Couldn't stop thinking about you today. {Attached Image}

My mouth dropped open as my phone glowed with his penis. I quickly lowered my phone, turning it off. I looked next to me discreetly hoping the mother with a pram didn't see Louis and all his glory.

Now he was just playing unfair. I mean I wasn't one for dick picks. Well, the only other ones I got were ones from Morgan who sent me his with water bottles as reference to how large it was. It wasn't.

And that one time Jonas accidentally sent me his — well four photos of his to be straight. We don't speak of it. But this was different, and maybe it was because I was ready to jump Louis' bones the second I get word.

Once we got to my stop, I looked down at my phone once more as the tram took off behind me. How the hell do I reply to this?

Nice.

Ugh, no. I quickly deleted the message.

Wow, good job.

What the fuck? What was I a teacher grading a paper. Think Wendy, what is something that will make him hot. My brain physically hurt as I tried to think of something. I began to type again.

I can't wait to put that in my mouth and

"Wendy?" My phone almost slipped from my fingers, startled by someone calling my name. Looking up my eyes met with a smiling Danielle, bounding towards me, her curly hair bouncing up and down with her strides.

"Danielle, hi!" Before I even finished my greeting she was hugging me tightly, her fluffy hair tickling my cheeks.

"It's been forever, how are you?" she said breaking apart from me to look me up and down with her kind eyes.

"Uh, good, yeah same old same old." I shrugged, "But how are you? How's life been?"

"Oh same, things at work are hectic as usual, I started teaching at this new studio."

"And Liam?" I asked with a bit of scepticism, hoping to hell they were still together.

"We're good." she said, a huge smile breaking out of her face. "More than good." Her left hand was suddenly in front of my face. My eyes adjusted to the shiny rock.

"You're engaged, holy fuck that's so adult." I responded genuinely, wide-eyed at the rock sitting on her slim finger.

"Really adult I know!" She practically squealed.

The giant smile on my face widening at her enthusiasm "Congratulations to both of you."

"He asked me a few months ago. Took him long enough!" she squealed once more, "Sorry, I just get so excited telling new people." she looked down at her ring with adoration. "But seriously, tell me more about your life."
