You can say that it wasn't the best night the black-haired male had ever had. On the contrary, it was the worst of all. He couldn't even manage to close his eyes for a minute during the entire night, because it wasn't like he was in his friends' house after all. There was a fear brewing beneath his chest that any of them would murder him secretly in his sleep and he could not let his nerves relax. What else could he think when Soobin was almost killing him with his eyes at night? His ears would perk up even at hearing a faint noise, and his mind would imagine the scenarios of how he would defend himself if anyone tried to attack him, but to his surprise, nothing happened that night at all. He only realised that he had stayed awake all night when the sun started to appear on the horizon and its weak light broke into the room through the window, landing upon his face and troubling his already sleepless eyes and mind even more.

He knew there was no more time to take a nap, so he shoved away his blanket and sat on the edge of the bed with a loud groan of disappointment.

He flickered his eyes across the room while licking his dry lips, his messy hair falling on his forehead and some strands reaching his tired eyes as he scanned the environment in a lazy manner.

He scratched the back of his neck after he spotted his clothes on the chair and got on his feet to walk up to the furniture and grab them firmly. He changed his clothes and left the pyjamas in the room before leaving to go into the bathroom.

Fortunately, Huening Kai showed its location to him the previous night in case he needed to use it, so he went there to wash his hands and face to refresh his mind and sober up a bit. It did work fortunately and he wasn't feeling as sleepy as before, especially, after going outside in the yard and feeling the morning breeze hit his face, chilly sensations reaching into his bones while his mind got saturated with peace. However, it didn't last long since soon his eyes came across another black-haired male, who was sitting on the stairs and blowing the smoke of tobacco into the atmosphere, his face completely sank in utter pleasure while the grey fumes danced around him, wrapping him up in poisonous toxins.

Beomgyu's heart skipped a beat and a shiver of apprehension crisped him as he turned back to return to the house quietly since he didn't want to have an argument with the male, but Soobin seemed to already have noticed his presence, since he chuckled at his nervous action and spoke in a cynical and demanding voice, "Stop!"

The younger froze in his place and cursed himself in his mind for not being more observant while Soobin threw away the remains of his cigarette and straightened his body. Flows of contentment entered his body at noticing the other's nervousness. He took a couple of steps upwards and walked toward the younger boy with an ironic expression while Beomgyu threw a bold glare at him, his fists clenching at his sides, "You seem pretty nervous around me", the older spoke in a victorious and mocking tone as the other male tried to maintain his composure and took a deep mental sigh to soothe his agitated mind, "Why's that, may I know?"

"Maybe because you're acting like a creep"

Beomgyu was expecting the older to get angry at him, but all he did was chuckle mockingly once more and let out a sigh of contentment, trying to show the boy who was the superior between the two of them, "Well, maybe I actually will become even worse if you don't tell me why you are here"

His words didn't bode anything well for the younger since he knew very well that Huening Kai said everything to him whatever Beomgyu had told him the previous night, yet he was still doubtful and didn't believe in him as easily as the youngest male did. He could read the threats clearly in his eyes and Beomgyu could already sense new trouble arising on the dark horizon of his already shitty life, "I have already said everything to your friend", he replied in an annoyed tone, which didn't change the older's scoffing expression even a bit, "I've got nothing else to say"
