you pulled on a coat. your mum passed you a travel mug filled with highly seasoned hot chocolate. you nodded and walked out the door. the cold wind hit you in the bright morning sunlight. the night before had been without result. none of the houses had seen y/n, and half didnt answer as it was late at night. you were going out for an hour this morning to the houses that didnt answer last night whilst waiting for a phone call from the police officer you spoke to the previous night.
"hello miss averdeen, i was just wondering if you had seen y/n? she is around this tall, and has y/e/c eyes and y/h/c hair"
"no sorry hon i havent seen her"
"okay well thank you" you smiled grimly and moved onto the next house.
