Chapter 9: Familar But Unfriendly

No One's POV:

The sun was shining and the birds were singing from outside. Lloyd was having a great day! That is, until it started to rain. But it wasn't actually rain. It was blood!

Lloyd screams in fear, and heads inside a nearby cave. It was big cave with plenty of furniture inside of if. And inside of the huge cave was Tabitha, with Yugataro on top of her!

Yugataro notices Lloyd but continues to torture his sister, sucking on her neck until big red marks appeared on her neck. As if he wanted him to see this. Every time he did this Tabitha screamed in pain and horror.

"GET AWAY FROM HER!" Lloyd screams at the beast. He uses his powers to create an energy ball, but before he can use it Tabitha screams again.

"LLOYD LOOKOUT!" She cries out. Her face was pale, covered in scratch marks and her eyes were puffy with tears streaming down her face. But one thing changed; Yugataro was gone.

"You've come a long way just to see your sister die." Yugataro says calmly in a now demonic voice. Lloyd turns around to see the beast right behind him. His eyes were dark endless pools of black ink. "It's a shame that you came here, not to be able to see that." He smirks evilly at the green ninja, who had a look of horror on his face.

All of a sudden Yugataro throws Lloyd out of the cave, with Tabitha crying for him to stop. He gets out of the cave and closes the entrance. It's stopped raining, but the grass is littered with fresh blood, and the sky is still black.

"I WON'T LET YOU KILL MY SISTER!" Lloyd shouts at him, getting back up. "YOU WILL LOSE!"

Yugataro begins to laugh, and as he continues to laugh his voice gets deeper and deeper. Because he's growing! His growing stops when he's 100 feet tall; towering over the green ninja.

"YOU INSIGNIFICANT FOOL! DON'T YOU GET IT LLOYD!" Yugataro's voice booms over the wide woodlands. "I'VE ALREADY WON!" He quickly picks Lloyd up, who is struggling to free himself from Yugataro's immensely strong grip. "And it's only a matter of time when you and the rest of the ninja are dead, so I can take over NINJAGO!"

"NOOO~!" Lloyd cries out moving his hands quickly, but not quick enough. Yugataro begin to squeeze Lloyd's body like a grape.

"AND I'M NOT GONNA LET YOU TAKE HER AWAY FROM ME!" Yugataro says. There was no humanity left in him, and his whole face showed it. Lloyd felt most of his bones snap; he cries out in agony; blood spilling out of his body through his elbows and knees.

"STOP~!" A small voice calls from below. "YUGATARO PLEASE DON'T KILL HIM!" Both of them look down to see Tabitha. Her skin was as pale as snow, and she was on her knees banging her weak hands against Yugataro's enlarged right foot.

"Tabitha..." Yugataro says full of surprise that both of his eyes go back to normal. His scleras were white, and his irises were blood-red. Yugataro's height also went back to normal, but he was holding onto Lloyd's neck at this point.

"Please let him go." Tabitha gasps through tears. "Please..."

The beast looks at her with a type of fondness in his eyes, and sighs. He looks at Lloyd at snarls at him, throwing him to the ground roughly. Lloyd gasps; finally able to breathe, but his body was still in extreme pain from most of his bones breaking. Like his arms and legs. Then the ground starts to shake violently.

Lloyd looks up to see Yugataro holding onto his sister, bridal style, and he's also growling at him with his eyes glowing a bright red. Although Lloyd's sibling had fainted, Yugataro wasn't finished with him just yet. He walks up to the green ninja, and before Lloyd can even try to get up, Yugataro levitates him up into the air with his ghost powers. Chocking and shaking him in the process.
