A white coat of snow built up around the buildings. Winter had finally arrived, a group of people were building a snowman outside. Catra looked out of her dorm window, admiring the snowflakes dancing around the air. Adora searched for jobs in her computer by the desk.

Both girls had recently graduated from college,  they had a month left in the dorm before they had to leave. They also considered moving in together to an apartment, neither girls wanted to be apart from each other.

The past months had been stable in their relationship, they didn't argue much only sometimes because of jealousy but that was something both of them were working on. After-all, neither of them wanted anyone else.

Adora had applied for a few jobs, she still wasn't sure what she was going to do with her life. She enjoyed many different things, working out, staying active, working with people, learning new things, but she didn't know which path to choose. Neither did Catra.

Catra didn't like working with people and she was a procrastinator, so she wasn't focused on getting a job just yet. She wanted to enjoy the end of college, taking time for herself to be lazy and do nothing all day.

Adora had applied to a few different jobs, but she wasn't sure if she would even get a reply back. Adora applied to be a fitness trainer, a primary school teacher and a blacksmith. She could see herself training all day with people, but she also enjoyed children and teaching. The last option was random, she had watched a documentary about a woman who was a blacksmith and it made Adora daydream of forging swords all day, so she took the chance. Which job would suit her more?

RING RING RING

Adora's phone was ringing, she carefully picked it up and read the name of the caller. It was Angella! She missed talking to her, after-all, it was the only mother figure she had.

"Hi Angella!" Adora said enthusiastically.

"Hello Adorah" Angella spoke with her high-brow british accent. "I called you to tell you that I'm proud that you graduated!"

"Oh, thank you, I'm glad this is over. I'm currently looking at jobs to apply, but I'm a bit stressed, not sure what I want to do exactly." Adora's eyebrows frowned.

"Adorah, don't push yourself, you just graduated, no need to be in such a rush. How about you take some time for yourself?" Angella's tone suggested something, but Adora didn't know what.

"What do you mean?" Adora leaned back on her chair.

"I mean you deserve some holidays, you've never been outside Etheria. How about you go on a trip with the girl you've been dating?"

Angella had always been supportive, she didn't care that Adora was lesbian. Actually she liked the fact, it made her worry less about Adora getting pregnant by some school jockey probably named Chad.

A few days after prom night, Adora had called Angella to tell her she had a girlfriend. Angella was happy for her and Adora made sure to send pictures of them together to keep Angella updated.

"Oh I'd love that, I'd love to leave Etheria and go somewhere overseas, but the truth is... I don't have money for this right now and neither does Catra." Adora daydreamed for a second, she imagined traveling with Catra, holding her hand and exploring new places.

"Adorah, I'd be willing to pay for both of you, consider it your next birthday gift." Angella's smile could be heard through her words, she was genuine.

"W-What? No, no, no. That's a lot of money, you don't have to do this." Adora jumped out of her chair.

"But I want to, so please let me know where you'd like to go, don't worry about money, I've been investing in Crypto EtherianCoin."
