Chapter 5

Jake's POV: Tomorrow are the try outs. I've been going to school with Lucas and his little brother. They're really cool.
We went to Dunkin' Donuts, got some coffee and some donuts obviously. We dropped off Toby and went to school. We were heading there when I saw Erika walking probably to school

Jake: Hey look. It's Erika - he honked and she looked at us. We pulled over

Lucas: You want a ride?

Erika: Sure, thanks - she got in

Jake: You live around here?

Erika: Yeah two blocks down

Lucas: Near Mason

Erika: Yeah... I've seen him around. Unfortunately.

We drove to school, a bit late. Went to class, math class. It isn't as fun as biology but it's better than English. I was a bit nervous about the try outs and Lucas was telling me to chill. Wasn't helping.
After that class I went to the bathroom real quick. I was going back for the next class when I saw Erika getting some water. I was gonna wait for her and then she just fell

Jake: Shit! - I ran to her - Erika! Erika! Can you hear me?? Erika! - I picked her up and went to the nursery

Nurse: What happened??

Jake: I don't know! She was drinking some water then she just passed out

Nurse: What's her name?

Jake: Erika

Nurse: Erika? Can you hear me? - the nurse got some alcohol and put near her nose. She breathed that and started coughing but woke up

Nurse: Erika?

Erika: Yeah

Nurse: Do you know where you are?

Erika: At school

Nurse: Do you know what happened?

Erika: I think I passed out

Jake: Yeah you did

Nurse: I'm gonna call your parents

Erika: No! It's fine. It happens sometimes. I have Hmm low blood pressure like my mom - I think she was lying

Nurse: Are you sure?

Erika: Yeah I'm fine - she stood up - See? Totally fine

Nurse: Ok..

We got out of the nursery and walked back to class

Jake: I think you're a bad liar

Erika: I wasn't lying

Jake: Aham..

We got in class

English: You're late

Erika: Sorry

English: Where were you?

Joe: Probably making out

Lucas: Something you don't know what to do

Class: Hahahaha

English: Quiet! Can I continue?

Jake: Yes, sorry.

We sat down and Lucas looked at me asking what happened

Jake: We gotta talk afterwards

Lucas: Alright

After class everyone went to the cafeteria and Lucas and I went outside

Jake: She was getting some water and just passed out.
