KAITLYNN'S POV

Mike told me that it would take a bit until he had everything figured out so Sammy and I decided to watch a movie. We watched my favorite one which is Spiderman 3. I always fangirled when James Franco was on screen. It annoyed Sammy and that made me laugh so I just spent nearly the entire movie laughing. It made me forget about all the drama in my life and relax. I feel like spending time with him just always puts me in a good mood. It's the exact opposite with my mum. 

I'm not used to her being home so much and her being alone. She wants to spend time with me but I know she secretly doesn't. I can see it in her eyes. And my dad hasn't talked to me since the first day of summer so yeah that's awesome too! Suddenly I noticed my eyes getting wet and so did Sammy because he stopped the movie.

"What's wrong baby girl? I don't want you to be sad" Sammy said.

"My mum hates me, my dad doesn't talk to me anymore, my ex best friend makes my life hell, Bryant probably used me for information and I don't know what I would do without you. My life honestly sucks when I'm not around you and I'm really scared of loosing you. My brain keeps reminding me that you could have anyone and that you will leave me for someone prettier who doesn't put you into so much stress and.."

"Stop! I love you. Only you and you know that! All the effort I've put into this relationship is worth it! Just seeing you smile and being able to kiss you always makes my day. I don't ever want to leave you so stop worrying so much! But trust me life might be rough right now but it will get better. You will find out who your true friends are."

"Thanks for being there for me babe. I love you so much" I said smiling and gave him a passionate kiss. Our make out session was interrupted by the door bell. Soon I heard Johnson arguing so Sammy and I decided to see what was wrong. We walked to the door and I immediately regretted it. As the person who came here noticed me he quickly walked inside.

"Kate! I need to talk to you and explain everything!" He said.

"There's nothing to talk about Bryant. Just leave me and my friends alone."

"Wait! Give me five minutes!"

"Fine but once you're done you have to leave."

"Deal. Yes Carter is my cousin. He told me and my whole family lies about you before our first photo shoot. Everyone already disliked you so they wanted me to get revenge on you for everything you had done. My parents usually aren't like that but it's like Carter brainwashed them. They said they would kick me out if I wouldn't help him. So I agreed not thinking about the fact that Carter might be lying. We met up and I eventually started liking you. I just knew that you were nothing like Carter had told me. You were really nice and wouldn't hurt someone on purpose. I told Carter that I didn't find anything out but he just brushed it off saying he already had a plan. He knew that I would warn you so he blackmailed me.. I'm sorry I should have helped you but I'll try everything to get you out of this situation. Please forgive me Kate"

"Wow.. I never thought that it might all be.. If what you just told me is true then damn I'm really sorry. Sorry for not even trying to listen to the full story. I don't know if I can forgive and trust you just like that though. I've been hurt so many times during the past few weeks I don't know who to trust anymore. Just please give me time."

"Yeah I understand that. Thanks for listening. Just call me when you want to talk to me. I'll see you guys. I'm really sorry for everything." Bryant said and left.

I never thought that maybe it wasn't Bryant fault and he never meant to hurt me. But he should have told me that Carter was his cousin. I don't even know what to believe right now. Is Bryant telling the truth? Or is he still trying to get information and trying to hurt me and is he helping Carter? Ugh so many questions!

My thoughts were interrupted by Mike calling my name. Oh right! I almost forgot about my phone! I quickly walked into the living room to look for Mike. I soon found him. "Do you know who called me yet?" I asked him. "It will take one more minute but you should be the first one to find out so just wait until a name, street etc. pops up on my laptop. Just call my name if you need me. I'll be back in a few minute ok?" He asked back and I nodded.

I sat down on the chair in front of Mike's laptop. After waiting in the same position for about a minute the screen finally changed. I was nervous so I took a deep breath before reading.
