Part 34

KAITLYNN'S POV

I quietly made my way to the front door. I didn't know whether I should go into my mom's room or not. Since she usually doesn't respect my privacy either I decided to check up on her. I opened the door of her room and saw her. Kissing some random dude who I had never seen before. I knew how this was going to end. "Kaitlynn! I thought you were at Sammy's.." She said once she saw me. "Well I'm not. Who the fuck is that guy? He could be your son mom! Damn I didn't know you were sleeping around like that." I spat at her.

About two weeks ago I found a paper in the kitchen that said "I had fun last night x Mitchell". Guess my mom can't stay with one guy. "Don't you dare talk to me like that!" She shouted and ran out of the room.

"Well this is awkward.. I should get going." The guy said.

"Yeah you probably should."

"By the way I just moved into the neighbourhood. I'm Logan."

"Kaitlynn."

He must've noticed that I wasn't in the mood because he gave me a short nod and then left. Since I didn't want to talk to my mom any time soon I went straight to bed.

IN THE MORNING

"Kaitlynn! I'm off to work again. I won't be back until the end of the holidays." My mom woke me up. Great I won't have to deal with her and her affairs. After saying bye to her I got up and changed into normal clothes. Once I was all ready for the day I walked downstairs into the kitchen. What about waffles for breakfast? Sounds good! While making my usual breakfast I noticed a wallet on one of my kitchen counters. Whose was it? 

I opened it and saw the credit card of my now neighbour Logan. I should probably give it back to him. But first I should eat or else my grumbling stomach would kill me.

After finishing my waffles I put on shoes and walked over to what I assumed to be Logan's house. After ringing a couple time the door finally opened. But Logan wasn't standing there. There was a guy who looked similar to him but he seemed to be a year or two younger than him. That guy was probably around my age. And damn he was really attractive. Being a teenager sucks. All those stupid hormones!

"Uh hey.. Does Logan live here? He forgot his wallet at my house." I told the guy.

"Yeah indeed he does. I'm his brother Jake." He replied.

"Kaitlynn. But you can call me Kate."

"Well nice to meet you! He told me that he was with some Laura yesterday though. Or did you tell him another name?"

"Oh no  he wasn't with me. Laura.. she's my mom. He was with my mom."

"Damn that must've been really awkward for you. Sorry my brother usually doesn't hang out with older women.."

"Don't worry about it. She's not gonna be home for a whiles so I don't think they will hang out that much anymore.."

"Right.. Well do you want coffee or something? I don't have anything to do today since I basically don't know anyone here.."

"Do you want to hang out with me and my friends? I was planning on driving to their house anyways."

"Yeah if you don't mind." He said and smiled. Damn his smile is beautiful! Everything about him is. Okay stop Kaitlynn! You have a perfect boyfriend and you don't want to change that! I texted Sammy if Jake  could also come and since he agreed a few minutes later Jake and I were sitting in my car. We got to know each other a little more. He was really funny and nice. He also told me that he started making vines a few weeks ago. (*AN: Let's pretend he isn't famous yet) I figured I should check his account out some time.

When we arrived at Sammy's we were greeted by all of the Omaha boys and also Mona and Jordina. It was nice being together with all of them. And who knows maybe Jake will also hang out with us a lot. We all sat down in the living room and just listened to music while talking. I could already tell that everyone liked Jake so far.

"Yo Kate your phone's blowing up." Nate told me after a while.

He was right. I got a call from an anonymous number. I walked out of the room and accepted it. It was Rose. "Aw hey Kaitlynn! What's up?" She asked me. "What the fuck do you want??" I responded.

"Well seems like Sammy isn't as perfect as he seemed to be right? I knew you wouldn't last long." She said.

"What are you talking about??"

"Wait you haven't checked twitter yet?"

"No why?"

"Sorry to break it to you but Sammy cheated multiple times. I should probably thank him for ruing your life even more.. But he'll just put his nasty tongue in my mouth too. Damn it has been in so many nasty places! Your mouth, those girls mouths.."

Before she could say anything else I hung up. Please tell me she made all this stuff about Sammy cheating up! That's definitely nothing I wanted to hear now. 

I took a deep breath and opened the twitter app. And all over my timeline I saw a bunch of pictures of Sammy.. and some other people. Doing stuff.. Are you kidding me??
