Out of many things he hated about Jay, Cole hated Jay being better than him the most. He had just watched him soar up into the sky with metal sheets strapped on his back, leaving the rest of them stranded on the Volcanoes side. He knew Jay couldn't climb up mountains, but it would've been funny to see him try. Cole scowled at Jay, who was merely smiling down at the group, hands on hips, sweating from the weight of the so-called 'jetpack'. When he finally reached the top, he would slap him. Slap him so hard he fell off the death rock and into the lava. But for now? He was dragging Skylor up a full-sized Volcano. Cole didn't know much about Skylor, which scared him. Of course, Kai knew a LOT about the red-head and didn't hesitate to share his knowledge. He had once punched Jay in the face because... well, he didn't know why. But he chuckled at the thought. It was hard to believe Jay and him were almost the best of friends, yet he liked the fact of him being punched. He guessed it was a love/hate relationship.
"Come on.." He grunted and hoisted Skylor's foot up to the ledge, clambering up himself. He watched Skylor check her surroundings before leaping up to the next stone. Cole did the same. After 10 minutes, the three of them were finally at the top, while Jay had been promptly joking about their speed.
