Part 7 ~ Skylor POV

"Where's Jay?!" Cole gasped. Skylor looked over her shoulder.
"Where did he go?" Skylor stopped in her tracks.
"Wherever he is, I will find him." Zane started to go back the way he came, but Skylor stopped him.
"No way, Tin can," Skylor was already heading back the way they had come.
"D'okay.." Cole murmured as he brought everyone up and out of the cave.

Skylor had just been jogging around the lava-filled cave, when she suddenly heard voices.
"What are we going to do, Sssskales?" A gruff voice grunted.
"What, with the blue ninja?" Another voice questions.
"Quiet!" Another shouted. Judging by the way they suddenly went silent, the owner of that voice was obviously the general. Skylor saw a crack of light in the wall of the cave. She ran over to it and peered through. To her horror, There were three giant Snakes, one blue, wearing a crown, one black with orange spikes and on red, with two heads, and Jay, lying on the floor, with a baton lying beside him. Skylor worked out what had happened and gulped.
"We mussst tie him up," The blue one hissed. At once, the two other snakes pulled out some ropes, and some kind of metal tray. Skylor gazed in horror as she saw Jay being tied up to the tray, then fastened to the cave's wall. What Skylor hated the most, was that Jay was completely unaware of what was happening to him. Suddenly, Jay coughed. Skylor's spirits lifted as he coughed again.
"It isss time." The blue snake smiled. Skylor watched Jay open one eye slowly, then the other.
"URGH.." Jay groaned. "What happened?" He attempted to rub his head, but of course, he was tied up. Jay looked down. "Ohh no..." Jay looked up again.
"Hello, ninja of lightning." The blue snake hissed.
"Skales." Jay glared at the snake. "Its been too long."
"Yes," Skales smiled. "It has." Skylor suddenly noticed something. Skales' tail had started to rattle, and his blood-red eyes had begun to twirl. Jay was looking right at him. Skylor clasped her hand over her mouth, to make sure she didn't cry out. She glanced to Skales, to Jay, to Skales, to Jay. Jay had started to relax. Skylor wanted to shout, "No!" Or, "Don't!" But she couldn't bring herself to do it. Jay started talking weirdly.
"Dohn.. Stahp... Neh..." (Translation: "Don't! Stop! No!") Jay's eyes became red and swirly, just before he closed them, and started to snore softly. Skales eyes still spun.
"When you awake, you shall forget all your friends. Nya will no longer be close to you. You shall work for us, and us only. We will control you and your mind." Skales hissed softly. Jay softly echoed Skales' sentences in his trance.
"Forget... Friends... Nya... Close... Work.. You... You... Only... Control... Mind..." Jay's voice suddenly went back to normal, but was still dreamy.
"Yes master," Jay fell back asleep. A tear went down Skylor's face.
"Now go find your 'friends'" Skales snapped his fingers, and slithered off, followed closely behind by the other two snakes, who had untied the ropes of Jay, leaving him to flop on the ground, as he wasn't being supported. Skylor figured out Jay was going to be asleep for a while before he woke, so she had to carry Jay back to camp. But the team couldn't see him like this. What was she going to do? Suddenly, an idea popped into her head. It was crazy. It was impossible. She couldn't. But it was one of the only ways. It was probably the most fun way. If there was one.
