"When do you think he's going to wake up?" Cole's voice whispered.
"I don't know, but soon." Zane whispered back.
"Wait, everyone shut up!" Kai's voice hissed. "He's waking up!" I groaned and slowly opened my eyes. To me surprise, Cole, Zane, Kai and Nya's faces were looking down at me.
"Guys, what are you doing?" I rubbed my eyes.
"YOU DO REMEMBER US!!" Cole, Zane and Kai yelled, and hugged me tightly.
"Kinda... Suffocating..." I managed to breathe. They pulled away quickly. I slowly stood up. "What happened?"
"Hey, nice to see you back, buddy!" A voice called. I recognised it immediately.
"Lloyd! Long time, dude!" I limped over to him and fist pumped him.
"How are you feeling? Sensei asked, standing next to Lloyd.
"Great, thanks. Hey, what happened? The last thing I remembered was..." I trailed off.
"Oh gosh... Did he-" I sighed.
"Hypnotise you, yes. Give you a ham sandwich, no." Cole laughed.
"Heh heh, I see you actually have a sense of humour! Nice!" I playfully punched his arm.
"Jay!" I heard another voice.
"Nya!" I saw the 'Crowd' part as Nya came rushing toward me.
"Good to see you." I hugged her tightly.
"I ship." Kai laughed.
"Kai..." Nya pulled away and stared his brother down.
"I guess it's good to be back!" I smiled. "Wait, isn't there someone missing?"
"S'cuse me, brown ninja coming through." A man's voice murmured in his usual Elvis Presley acsent.
"Sorry to say, bro," I bro-hugged Dareth. "But I was talkin' about SKYLOR."
"Hey, Jay!" Skylor pushed through the crowd.
"Hey!" I waved. "Well, thank you guys. Now, can we go home?"
"Heh, heh, about that..." Lloyd smirked. "I may be working on a... NEW... Home for us.
"What are you talking about?" Misako turned to her son.
"I may be rebuilding the monastery..." Lloyd smiled.
"Haha, sweet!" I smiled. "Can I help with the electronics? PLEASE?" I put my hands together as if I was begging. To be fair, I was.
"Sure. But this needs to be a team project! I can't carry supplies up and down a mountain of a MILLION steps by myself!"
"Of course we'll help." Nya smiled broadly.
"But for now, let's celebrate the return of Jay, the Master of Lightning!" Sensei laughed.
"Thanks guys." Jay smiled. "I'm really excited for this monastery project. Can we start it?"
"Tomorrow. Tonight, we celebrate!" Kai smiled.
And that was how THAT fiasco ended. With an AWESOME party, by the way. Punch included. But that wasn't the last of our adventures. There are more to come. WAY, WAY MORE. So, until then, I guess...
