Chapter 57

Lucien's POV

"This is one of the most productive sessions I've ever had with a patient." she complimented

"Yeah, this session was nice. Thank you."

"Does that mean I won you over?" she asked with a smile

"Just write down my next appointment." I rolled my eyes

"Does Thursday night work for you?" I nodded

"See you at 9!"

"Yeah see ya."

I went outside and saw Sophie, my Uncle and the guys waiting

"My keys." I held out my hand

"You'll get them at home." uncle swatted my hand

"We're going out for dinner tonight." Raphael told me

"Why?"

"Cause I'm back from my visit with mom!" Jack Jack yelled

Jack Jack is Raphael's 10 year old son. His mom was one of his maids he fucked on occasion. He was drunk and reckless one night and 9 months later Jacques Remy Alarie was born. There was a really nasty custody battle. It took 4 years for Raph to get him back and prove in court he was a fit father. It was a humbling experience because Raph thought he was above the law, which he is but he wasn't above family court. He also wasn't a fit father when he first started fighting for Jack Jack. He grew up a lot during the custody battle

"Hey Jackie?" I smirked

"Don't call me that! It's a girly nickname." he huffed

"Gender is a social construct." I shrugged

"I don't know what that means!" he threw his hands in the air

"Jack Jack who told you it was a girls name?" Raph asked him

"Mom and her stupid boyfriend. He's an asshole." he was interrupted by the smack he earned upside his head

"Jacques what have I told you about cursing?"

"I forgot, Je suis désolé." he frowned

"Well I hope you remember next time you feel the urge to swear."

Raph is really strict with Jacques because if he wasn't he'd would go wild. His mom doesn't discipline him so Raph has to play bad cop.

"What's up with her boyfriend?"

"He drinks and swears like a sailor. He also calls me Jackie because it's a girls name and he says I'm girly. He says he'll make me a real man."

"How?" Oncle asked him

"I'm not allowed to say."

"We'll talk about this tonight before bed, okay." Raphael told him softly

"Okay dad."

"Let's eat cause I'm fucking starving!"

"Stop cursing in front of Jack Jack." Lance tripped me

"Jerk! I almost fell!" I glared at him

"Hey Luc I heard you have a girlfriend now. Is she hot and if so can I meet her?"

"Yes to the first question. No to the second."

"What you're scared I'll steal her from you?" he taunted

"No I just don't want her to have to experience your terrible pickup lines."

"They aren't terrible the chicks love them."
