A cidade; the city

"Welcome back to Chicago, Stefan. I know how much you loved it here. Bringing back memories of the good olf ripper days," Klaus said opening the storage container. "Blacked out most of them. A lot of blood, a lot of partying. Details are all a blur," Stefan said. "Well, that is a crying shame. The details are what makes it legend," Klaus said.

"This is my first time in Chicago. The first time traveling in the US. I've only really been to Mystic Falls. I wonder what my sister and Liz are doing," I thought playing with Hiraeth.

The boys were having some type of weird flashback so I continued to play with Hiraeth. I had got some toys, food, and a leash on the drive here. So we were testing the items out. I threw a rubber ball down into the car while he chased his tail. "Go get it, boy," I said and he searched for the ball in the car.

"Chicago was magical," Klaus said. "Yeah, well I'll take your word for it. As I said, I don't remember most of it," Stefan said. "Ready to get down o business then," Klaus closed the storage door. "Why are we still with you? You had your fun. Your hybrids failed. I mean, don't you want to move on," Stefan asked with his arms folded.

"We're going to see my favorite witch. If anyone can help us with our hybrid problem, it's her," Klaus explained and we got back into the car.

We arrived at another bar but this one was classier. "Look's familiar, doesn't it," Klaus asked. "No. Not really," I said. "I can't believe this place is still here," Stefan said.

"You got to be kidding me," a woman said.

"So a hybrid walks into a bar, says to the bartender--"

"You're a lot of things but let me tell you that one of 'em ain't funny," I said. "I remember you. But who are you," the lady said. "Who are you," I asked. "You're Gloria. shouldn't you be--," Stefan said.

"Old and dead? Now if I die who's gonna run this place, huh," Gloria said. "Gloria's a very powerful witch," Klaus said to me and a slide over a bit. "I can slow the aging down some. Herbs and smells. But don't worry, it's catch up with me one day," Gloria said and she had her eyes set on me.

"Stefan, why don't you go and fix us up a little something from behind the bar," Klaus said. "Yeah, Stefan. Go play bartender. I want something too," I teased and he flicked my head. "An apple juice for you," Klaus said.

"You look ravishing by the way--"

"Don't. I know why you're here. A hybrid out to make more hybrids? And he traveling with another. That kind of news travels," Gloria said and they both took a seat. "So what am I doing wrong? I broke the curse," Klaus said. I walked away chasing after Hiraeth.

"Get back here. Hiraeth," I fussed. I was faster than him but we were indoors. I growled at him and he stopped. "Haha. I'm alpha," I teased. "Stefan! Where's my apple juice," I yelled.
<~>

"This doesn't make any sense. Why don't I remember you," Stefan stressed. "You said it yourself. That time had a lot of dark holes," Klaus said. "No, If I knew you then why haven't you said anything," Stefan said.

"Ahhh, c'mon, Stefan. Think about it. He can compel other vampires. You met him but don't remember it. So if 2 plus 2 is 4 and 5 plus 5 is 10, then..." I said. Klaus stopped walking and turned to me quickly. He was challenging me to continue. "If you don't remember then he had or has something to hide. Maybe he was running. That sister Rebekah can I assume is in a coffin. She was slowing him down so he put her in a box that century and kept running. Then at some point, he un-daggered Elijah. Elijah turned on him since he wouldn't let go of their family and they both have been running or separated ever since. Now Elijah's back in a coffin," I said staring right into his challenging eyes.
