~Danny's P.O.V~

Boring.

Today has been boring, and long. It seems long at least.

Don't get me wrong, it's school so it's generally always boring, but when a day feels like it's taking forever to end and it's boring, personally I get a little anxious.

Everyone is just sitting, staring off towards the teacher.

I can't focus.
There's a beautiful butterfly flapping their wings outside the window.
The wings are neon yellow with orange dashes through it. It flutters away then I am back to being bored again.

Eventually the bell rings, I like to stand back letting everyone else out first, then leave.
It takes up time which helps me avoid my girlfriend. It also doesn't seem fair to be in a rush; I walk to and from school.
Staying to the left side of the hall, I walk towards the front entrance.

The way the school is set up is like a two story "A". If you look at the letter,
Bottom left point: (first floor) that's a whole bunch of classrooms. Art, music, science, the "noisy, loud" classes are there.
The top point: (first floor) the cafeteria. It's huge, probably too big actually.
The bottom right point: (first floor) Main entrance, that's where the nurse is, main office, principals office, the guidance counselor, you name it.

Now, you might be wondering three things,
1. what the fuck is the crossover area in the "A" then? That's simple, it's a hallway with vending machines, water fountains, and the bathrooms. (Both floors)
2. What's in between the points? Well, on the left side of the school there's a gym, gotta have one. It's absolutely obnoxious. Also, it's very unruly to cook food so close to kids exercising. The right side is a bunch of classrooms. (Currently where I am coming from)

and finally, 3. What's on the second floor?

So, here we go.

Bottom left point:(second floor) more classrooms.
Bottom right point:(second floor) these are usually school activity/club meeting rooms. They weren't generally in use unless for school activities. Well that, and it's also where they hold.. What's the correct way to say special needs classes without triggering someone? I have nothing against them, a lot of the students that have to attend those classes are actually really intelligent and a lot of fun to be around.
The top point:(second floor) finally, the grand finale, the schools very own indoor theatre. Big fancy red and gold curtains, balconies. You know, whatever is usually in a fancy theatre. School can put on some amazing plays/shows, too. It's one of the schools more finer selling points.

The reason I explained all that is so you can understand how quickly it takes for me to leave the school, once the final bell rings. That, and it comes in handy to know.
My last class of the day just so happens to be a few doors away from the exit.
Those final moments walking to the door are oh so blissful.
Don't get me wrong, it's not that I hate school. In fact, I love to learn, to advance, to become more intelligent.
