Chapter 45

After a few days,

Ash was jumping around whole house.

Ash: Tomorrow it's my birthday. I am sooooo excited. I will turn 7 tomorrow. I am so happy

Sid was chuckling seeing excitement.

Sid: So how you wanna celebrate?

Ash kept a finger on her cheek thinking.

Ash: Ummm I will take cake and waffys for my friends. And then will cut cake with you at night

Sid: Ok

Ash: Andddddd with mumma also

Sid rubbed his nose with hers.

Sid: Okieeee my doll. We will get everything in the evening

Ash: Okiee dokie

Sid: And what this fairy want in gift?

Ash: A doll house and a bigggg teddy bear

Sid: Any order madam

Ash: Hehe a doll

Sid: Ok so a doll for my doll. Right?

She nodded her hear cutely.

Sid smiled and kissed her forhead.

Sid: Ok. Now take nap. Then when you will wake up, we will go buy everything

Ash: Okie papa

Sid: My doll

Sid made her sleep.

Flashback

Avu sitting in her room fiddling her fingers. Sid came and hugged her and kissed her cheeks.

Sid: (worried) What happened?

Avu took a deep breath and handed Sid a paper. He reads the paper.

Sid:(with teary eyes) Is it true?

He couldn't speak further. Avu nodded. No words came out of his mouth. Avu was worried for his reaction.

Avu: (almost whispered) Ain't you happy?

Her voice was teary. Sid just shooked his head and picked her up and twirled her.

Sid: Avu you asking me happy? Trust me jaan I can't be happier than this. You have given me world's best gift

Sid put her down and cupped her face. He leaned forward and she closed her eyes. She felt his lips on hers. She didn't took a moment to respond. Their lips were moving in a rhythm. They showed their love, care, concern and the happiness.

After few minutes, they broke the kiss and joined their forheads. Tears were continously rolling down both their eyes. There was total silence. No noises except their breaths mingling with each other and their heart beat.

Sid took a lots of care of her. He didn't let her do any work. No office. She used to work from home. That also Sid tried to do himself only. He didn't let her do any work at home be it cooking, buying groceries, laundry or anything.

He used to take her for walk in the morning and did yoga with her in the evening.

Sid: You again stole my hoodie

Avu: I love your hoodies

She said pouting like a small baby. Sid chuckled and kissed her pout.
