Everyone somehow consoled Sid and took him home though he was not ready to go without Avu. He ran to his room. Pri was about to go behind him but VA held her hand and shooked her head.
VA: Let him be alone. He needs time
They heared Ash crying.
VA: Go and take care of her
Pri went in room crying and picked her up and tried to make her quite.
With Sid
He picked up Avu's pic.
Sid: I know all are lying. You will come soon na. Haina? You will come soon. I know
He smiled.
Sid: My Avni won't leave me
Tears rolled down his eyes.
Sid: Come back na. You can't leave me like this. I will die without you
He was crying violently. He saw a knife on side table. He picked it up and was about his vein but SA came on time and snatched it from him.
Sid: Mom please give it back to me. I can't live without her. If no Avni, then no Sid
He kept blabbering. SA slapped him tightly.
SA:(shouted) Chup. Bilkul chup. Already I have lost my daughter, I can't afford to loose my son now. Dare you do anything like this anything, I will never let you call me mom
She said with tears rolling down her eyes.
Sid: Mom but I can't live without her
SA hugged him and he broke down in her embrace. Tears rolled down SA's eyes. She caressed his hair. VA came in and saw them. She held Sid's arm.
VA: Come with me
Sid looked at her questioningly.
VA: Come
She dragged him to the room beside his. SA followed them. They saw Ash crying violently. Pri was trying to make her quite.
VA: Sid look at her. She lost her mother. If something will happen to you as well, what will she do, hmm?
Sid was looking down.
VA: Sid you are grown up now. You are not a child anymore. In fact, you are a father of that small child. If you will behave like this, who will take care of her? She needs you Sid. Try to understand
VA wiped her tears and kept a hand on his shoulder.
VA: Dekho beta mein samajhti hu tumhara dukh. Tumhare lie asan nhi hai. Kisi ke lie bhi asan nhi hai par phir bhi sambhalo khud ko. If not for yourself, for that child, for Avni. She won't be happy seeing you broken. She won't like if her child won't even get father's love
SA: Sid now you have a double duty. You have to give her love of both mother and father. Be strong bacha. I know you can do it. I trust my son
SA cupped his face and kissed his forhead. Sid gave them an assuring smile and took Ash from Pri. VA and SA left them. Pri hugged him tightly and started crying. He rubbed her back.
Sid: Bass mera bacha
He kissed her hair. He consoled Pri and she left. He laid Ash down on bed and kissed her forhead.
Sid: I am sorry baby. But from now papa promise he will always be there for his princess
He held her tiny hands in his hands and kissed back of them and she giggled. Sid smiled at her and made her sleep.
Sid: I promise you Avni I will give every single happiness to our princess. I will be best father and mother as well
He said with a teary smile.
He did all the rituals of cremation.
