A few hours later Chuck woke me up by shaking my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see him crying and shaking.
"Oh Chuck! Shh... shhh it's okay... you're safe here, with me and Newt and the rest of the gladers." I motioned to him to come into the sleeping bag although it would be a bit tight, we'd be fine because once Chuck had been comforted he could go back to sleep in his hammock. He climbed in and I hugged him tight. After around ten minutes, his crying and shaking had stopped so I took him back to his hammock.

"You can still get some more sleep before tomorrow, you're trying out your first job!" I tucked him in tightly before heading back to Newt, but before I got two paces a little voice chirped up, "thanks (Y/N). I really appreciate you." He'd grabbed my hand so I would stop.
"It's alright Chuck. I know how it feels. Now, for shucks sake, go back to sleep!" He giggled as I wandered back over to my love.

"Is Chuck feeling better now?"
"Yes, he didn't want to talk about his nightmare, and to be honest I can't blame him. I didn't want to tell you about my first one either." I told the blondie.
"I distinctly remember you saying that there was more to your dream but you never told me." He pressed.
"Really?" And the I realised. the kiss! I never told him about it! "Oh yeah, we kissed before they took you away so it was a definite that we were together before this shit-show. And I have one more thing to tell you,"
"Wow okay, go ahead!"

"You know the Thomas that the stung keep seeing?"

"Mhm"

"He's my brother"

"Huh?" He looked so confused.

"I... remembered my brother, Thomas."

The next month went on just like normal, Chuck experienced my Shark Week for the first time and was shocked when I snapped at the boys and collapsed from the cramps. He thought I was dying!

Greenie day again. Please let it be a girl. Me and Minho had arrived back early from our run so we had like, half an hour before the greenie came.
"I hope it's not another straight guy. I need another buddy!" Minho complained to me as we were eating.
"Oh come on Minho! Don't think I don't want someone else that's like us too!?" I complained back.
"Of course you do (Y/N), you're sick of all of us guys aren't yo-" he got cut off by the greenie alarm. We left our plates and ran over to meet them. It was Gally's turn to greet the greenie.

The box opened, Gally jumped in. "Day one greenie, rise and shine." He basically threw the greenie out of the box, but before I could get a good look at them the boys crowded around it.
"Hey shanks! Move out the way I wanna see him too!" I said. Nobody moved. "MOVE!" I shouted and a path in between the boys gave me a clear view of the greenie.

"T-Thomas?" I breathed. My hesitation left a gap for Thomas to make a run for it. Which he did.

"Hey (Y/N)! We got a runner!" Zart shouted.

I ran after Thomas. He was heading for the doors. I sped up but I didn't really need to as he tripped and fell face first into the grass.

"You alright there greenie?" I asked him. He refused to take my hand which I had offered out to him and he got himself up. He finally got a good look at the glade.
"Wh- what is this place? Why can't I remember anything?" His eyes were wide as he took in everything. "Are you the only girl?" He looked me up and down.
"Yes she is, and, she is Newt's girlfriend. The rest of the guys know not to touch her and you will soon learn that too. You do not want an angry Newt. The names Alby." He held out his hand to shake the greenies.
