This is the template I use for my quirks.

Quirk Name: The name of the quirk.
Quirk Type: The type of quirk. (Emitter/Transformation/Mutation + Accumulation if applicable.)
Inspiration (Optional): If this quirk was inspired by anything in particular, say what it was here.
Description: A description of the quirk, what it does and how it does it.
Specific Drawbacks of Overuse: The bad stuff that happens when the user uses their quirk too much. This is for stuff specific to the quirk that wouldn't be expected otherwise.
Note (Optional): Anything you'd like to add that doesn't fit anywhere else.
Support Equipment (Optional): Any support equipment the user might have.
Ultimate Moves(Optional): Lay out the ultimate moves of the user, include subsets of any moves. (Like how Endeavor has all the different Flashfire Fist variants.)
A/N(Optional): Where you can cackle about the messed up shit you could do with this quirk. (See No. 13 for examples.)
