Chapter thirty-one...

3rd Person's P.O.V.

The next day Y/n woke up and looked out her window. Chino was staring at her through the window. Eyes wide and bloodshot, his hands were holding onto the top of the window, and his feet were on the window seal. He exhaled onto the window and wrote on the window with his finger.

'!!ni em tel' Y/n knew it said let me in, but she pretended she had no idea what it said. She shrugged at him and left the room, closing the door behind her, so she didn't see his face anymore.

As she was walking down the stairs she heard a thump. She assumed Chino fell off the window. That's exactly what happened. Now he was running to the kitchen window. Y/n pet Blubby and went into the fridge. She turned around and saw Chino. He started banging on the windows.

"Let me in!" Pretending she couldn't hear she pointed at her ears, made an X with her arms, and closed the kitchen window curtains.

Y/n went over to the fridge and took out some fish. She gave them to Blubby and grabbed some eggs. She made them and found some ramen. Y/n made some, reminding her of Naruto. She tried it. It tasted like shit.

'Not putting this in the scroll for Naruto.' Y/n threw it away and walked over to Blubby.

She sat on top of Blubby and ate her eggs. They weren't bad, but not the worst she's ever had. Sadly Naruto makes the worst food. Y/n threw her dish in the sink and yawned.

"You tired too?" She asked Blubby. The bear nodded and laid down. Y/n laid down on top of her and fell asleep.

After a nice long nap she went back outside. She looked at Chino, he looked like a rabid dog. He ran at Y/n. She smacked him across the face. He knocked out onto the floor. He was asleep. Y/n was amused at how stupid he was. She silently sighed and picked Chino up. She took off his shoes and put him into bed.

"Awe, you have a heart." Jonathan said from the door. Y/n glared at him from over her shoulder.

"Say a word to him about me doing this and I'll kill you. And it will be painful, it will take even longer than how long we were beating the shit out of you yesterday." Jonathan nodded.

"But, what am I supposed to tell him?"

"Say you put him in bed." Y/n walked past him and down the stairs.

"Will do. Where are you going?"

"To the store. I'll be a while."

Y/n woke Blubby up and they left. An hour passed by and Chino woke up with a yawn. He looked around. Seeing that he was in a bed he was confused. He looked at saw Jonathan.

"Who brought me here?" He sat up.

"I did." Jonathan looked down.

"Really? Where's Y/n?"

"She went to the store." Chino went to his natural resting bitch face.

"Jonathan. Who. Put. Me. Here?"

"Y/n." He whispered.

"Good. Don't lie to me again. You can leave. Close the door behind you." Jonathan nodded and left.

     Chino looked down at his hands. He genuinely smiled. It was a small smile, but it wasn't a fake one. He cheered in his mind.

'Yes. I might not have to beat Y/n in a fight to convince her to join the Akatsuki.' He was happy.

     He didn't like Y/n very much at the beginning, but now he was starting to care for her. As each day passed, since their first meeting, Y/n and Chino had gotten closer. Even though Y/n acted like she hated Chino, this proved to Chino that Y/n was started to care for him too. He let out a small laugh.
